• Nice swimming pool.
• Food was not too good.

“This room was very uncomfortable. The air conditioner didn't cool the whole room. It was too hot to sleep because the cooler was on the far side of the room and didn't cool where the bed was. It was also very noisy even though we were on the top floor. We were waked up at about six o'clock in the morning from somebody walking outside the room. Also the window was screwed shut so we couldn't get any fresh air in the room.”

• Great staff, friendly and helpful.
• The pull out sofa was horrible!

“Everything was good except if you need the pull out sofa, don't, get a rollaway or bring a blow up mattress and sleep on the floor.”

• Comfortable, fit our needs and affordable.
• Did not like size of room reserved, but easily upgrade at a reasonable rate.

“Had trouble with road closure and staff was more then willing to help us not get charged if we were unable to travel to Redding Ca.”

“I spent some time in Redding for business and was quite pleased with the service and hospitality provided. Though this hotel is not the newest the staff does a great job of keeping it clean and the suite has plenty of room. The complimentary breakfast is a real breakfast and worth the time visiting. In the end, I would bring my family back to stay at this hotel anytime I'm in the Redding area.”
