• Did not take laptop but hotel had computer room. Helpful staff.
• Expensive parking.

• Free shuttle to our event.
• Did not upgrade us to a King sized bed after being requested. I even offered to pay an upgrade fee.

“This is a good clean hotel. It's location near the hospital district makes it very noisy. We were in the 3rd floor and the noise made it hard to sleep at night. Hotel is not close to any worthwhile attractions. Stay away from the hotel's restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast and were dissapointed both times.”

• The staff, room, pool, hot tub and free breakfast were great.
• The gym needed new or better machines.

“Most of all, the staff was super nice. The room was also super, especially the plasma TV and the nice shampoos and the bed was so comfortable. They had a free continental breakfast that was awesome, as well as free newspapers delivered to you in the morning and the pool and hot tub were perfect.”

• The 42' plasma. Room layout was good.
• Location of hotel / pool. Parking fee was high.

“We got a hotel on the very fringe of the downtown area in a rough looking part of town. We were given three different times for the breakfast and consequently missed it. The hourly type guests yelling and carrying on in the hallway till 2 am didn't help much either.”

• The staff was very down to earth and helpful, with a professional flair. Warm.
• The pool had some clumps of hair in it, which made us feel it wasn't very clean.

• attention to detail was overwhelming, very very pleasant staff extremely interested in our comfort
• shuttle amenity was appreciated, sometimes inconsistent although drivers were pleasant and accomodating

“the complimentary breakfast was a welcome amenity. exercise room was sufficient for our needs and clean. pool and jacuzzi clean and inviting. business center sufficient, maybe one more computer terminal would be nice. Staff bent over backwards for our comfort, and most did it effortlessly. Some staff more knowlegable than others of the aream, but generally would look up or call about what info was needed to accomodate our inquiries.”

with a smile and very friendly. Lots of service, directions, a shuttle every 30 minutes with additional maps to help with your destination. Shuttle service for pickup always within time frame stated when called. Very nice breakfast bar. Nice size room with microwave,'fridge and comfortable bed.”
