• I LOVED the beds. The bed was so comfortable I booked the hotel for a second night.

“Do not hesitate to book at this hotel. Definitely will stay here again.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcome.
• The bar/restaurant area was vacant. No one around to help.

“I would stay here again. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff were great. There is a restaurant across the street, but it would have been nice to sit in th hotel bar/lobby area to read-it didn't' appear to be open. I will stay here again with friends in October.”

“Stayed here to attend a family gathering in the vicinity and were very pleased with hotel and location. Plenty of parking - shopping mall and restaurant was very close - wine country about an hour's drive away - downtown SF an easy drive. We were very happy with this hotel.”

• Hotel is very clean, and room is very nice and peacefull.
• The hotel is on the hill and some parking are not the same level with the entrance of the building.

“This hotel is good for business travelers but not for family vacation, if you go with your two kids think about the breakfast coast for your whole family. $8.99 for each person and it will coast you almost $40 with tax.”

• Friendliness of staff and windows that open.
• Windows were too easy to open with no screens.

“Pretty good, bed was way too soft for me. Had a fridge and microwave which was nice. And a little market in the lobby was cool for late night snacks!”

• Great staff - especially Jason at the front desk, who seems to work 24/7. Rare combination of young, friendly, and responsible.
• The eggs in the breakfast buffet tasted like nothing. The bar is closed on Sundays.

“Highly recommended for the traveler who does not plan on spending his or her entire trip in the hotel. The hotel was clean and functional. The staff was great. The location was easy. I went to visit family - however, this hotel is ideal for anyone who wants to visit both Napa and San Francisco.”

• The hotel staff at check in and departure were excellent.
• Asked waitress for only toast & coffee she left out the point that we would have to pay full price for buffet.

“Excellent facilities and staff. But recommend eating at one of the nearby restaurants due to prices of the cafe and no room service.”

• The hotel was confidently located to shopping center, movie theatre, and various fast food diners. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
• The breakfast buffet was not very good but, the price was very reasonable.

“I would recommend this hotel to weekend or business travelers. The beds were extremely comfortable and he room was clean.”

“Clean bathrooms, heated pool a plus. Hotel front desk were very nice and helpful. They had a small market for late night snacks and light meals. Very helpful, especially with children.”

• The staff is very friendly and polite and the rooms are clean and comfortable!
• No complaints. Very satisfied.

“This was my second time staying at this hotel (with my husband and small children both times). Both times we have been very impressed with the staff and the facility. The hotel is clean and conveniently located and the staff is very polite and helpful.”

• I liked everything about the hotel--especially the staff. They were a big positive for the hotel.
• I had a problem with the desk and chair in the room. The desk was too high or the chair would not rise to the proper height for comfort.

“Excellent place to stay. Wish I could have stayed longer and that I had been able to enjoy more the facilities offered. I would definitely stay at the hotel in the future if I were in that area.”

“Everything was great! The room was as expected, clean and had a very comfortable bed as well as a pull out sofa for my daughter. All staff members that I had any contact with were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall this was a very positive experience. This hotel was easy to find and located near dining and shopping.”

“We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was very nice and hotel staff was very attentive to keeping it clean from tree debris. We extended our stay, with no problems.”
