  • Staff was great. Room was clean and very nice.
  • Bed was not very comfortable and sheets did not fit right, pulled off during the night.

“Great location and walking distance (if you are a walker) to Pikes and shopping!”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[5]

  • The free breakfast was well stocked, the food stayed out past the official end of breakfast, and plenty of seating was available.
  • Its right next to a highway, plus our cab driver said it was in a difficult place for cabs to access. Also, maid service began too early (8:15 AM).

“Its a nice building, clean and well staffed. Free WiFi in the lobby, good free breakfast.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[5]

  • Very friendly desk staff.
  • Was further away from downtown.

“The hotel was nice, rooms clean and bright, breakfast in am good. It is on the edge of the downtown. A good 8-10 blocks away. They have a shuttle but only picks up in 2 areas, unless you arrange your own transportation to docks for cruises or airport.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[8] • Location:[5]

  • Liked room layout, fridge, microwave, free breakfast, and free printing at business center.
  • Bed comfort could be better, hotel located too far from Downtown tourist area, a lot of walking required, no free parking.

“All in all, a great hotel for the money. Pros: In room refrigerator, microwave, and high speed internet made our stay very comfortable; Complementary breakfast was quite elaborate, although sometimes the food was a bit cold; very clean; courteous staff. Cons: Not the most comfortable or luxurious bed I've experienced at this star level; The pool is small and indoors; No views of the water; located on the far Eastern edge of Downtown so be prepared for a 10 minute walk to pretty much any downtown attraction.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[6]

  • Regular free shuttles to various Seattle locations. Friendly, helpful staff. Free access to 24hr Fitness across the street.
  • The restaurant uses all disposable dishes and flatware - at least for breakfast. Very wasteful. Also, they charge for parking.

“We had no problems getting 5 people into a room and were only charged for 2. Other than having to pay $20 to park, the hotel was totally worth it.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[7]

  • Suite gives extra room when I get up earlier than spouse.
  • Charge for parking seemed high.

“Very nice - free shuttle to attractions.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[9]

  • My room was a suite. I think all rooms are suites, which was very nice.
  • Their housekeeping was missing a couple of people which delayed the time when I could check in.

“Nice hotel. I'll definitely stay there again.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[5] • Location:[7]

  • Great breakfast.
  • Long distance phone rates were outrageous.

“We experienced an emergency situation, which I explained to the front desk personnel, but they still charged me outrageously high long distance phone rates. I am very disappointed in there treatment under those circumstances. We ended up taking my 10 year old son to the emergency room at Children's Hospital near the U.W.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[4] • Location:[6]

  • Hotel was clean and the restaurant/breakfast was great!
  • Room was non-smoking, but smelled as if it was used as a smoking room in past.

“Suite was nice but its very spacious. Lounge was nice, but the breakfast was great. The location is not that great. If you are not familiar with the area it can be a little tricky to get to. Plus, at night it's not the greatest area to be walking around.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[8]

  • Great shower, excellent bed, very good location, helpful front desk people, free shuttle to local attractions.
  • Shuttle runs too infrequently, and requires a reservation. Also, no free shuttle to cruise port (costs $6 per person).

Staff:[10] •

  • Good breakfast choices and friendly people at desk.
  • Ice machine on floor not working & only on even floors.

“Would not stay for published price, however. The hot tub and pool could have been warmer. But overall was very pleased and would stay again for the price I paid.”

  • Comfy.
  • Valet parking only.

“Comfy bed nice too has a king for my self and husband as well as a hide a bed for my teenage son. Pool and hot tub were small but th somewhat Downtown location leaves little space. I don't like having to pay per night for a valet if I would rather park my own car.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[8] • Location:[8]

  • The business center that was available 24 hours daily and the complimentary breakfasts.
  • Location was on the outskirts of Downtown, but for the value it was worth it.

“I enjoyed my stay; the room was large with refrigerator and microwave. Although the hotel is right next to the freeway, I did not find it noisy at all. There is a 24 hour fitness facility across the street that hotel guests can use. The Starbuck's and Subway restaurant located across the street, as well as a Whole Foods Grocery Store a few blocks away, came in handy!”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[7] • Location:[6]

  • Good location, clean, and excellent quality.
  • The Valet parking attendants act like they dont even know what they are doing at times.

“Stayed for 2 nights, and had a great time, my son swam in the 4-ft pool. I had happy hour drinks that were pretty good (I think that if you are a guest u should get one free drink), food around the way was decent, and TONS better than the other 3 star or less hotels around the area.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[6] • Location:[9]

  • The room was large with a kitchenette, couch, two TVs, for a good price.
  • We had to wait in line over ten minutes to pay for valet parking.

“Nice hotel with large, comfortable rooms. Our room had a view of the city. Good quality for the price. Exceeded our expectations.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[5] • Location:[5]

  • Exercise room; variety of foods at the breakfast buffet.
  • Didn't know we would have to pay for parking our vehicle there! The complimentary shuttle didn't operate after 5pm and then only if there was room.

“The front desk gals were so "robot-like" I felt like just another body at the desk waiting to be checked in. She was not able to help the man ahead of me and acknowledge me at the same time. Just a common courtesy! Went it was our turn she just spotted out the same speech she gave everyone coming in. If I had asked a question outside her box, she would have blown a fuse! Hallways are mundane. Inside the room, it is a small compact "suite" which is space for only 2 people at best. What amazed me the most! The windows did not have full coverings! We had to use the ironing board to make the drapes half cover the windows! The runner that a curtain slides on was nonexistent!”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • The space in the room was awesome.
  • Cost of valet parking.

“I would stay in this hotel again. It was located downtown and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very spacious with a seating area. The buffet breakfast was great and the dining space seemed to accommodate a large group of people so that one didn't feel rushed while eating. Staff was very helpful. Valet parking was somewhat expensive. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[8]

  • The facilities and staff were fabulous.
  • Price of valet parking.

“Staff and facilities excellent. I liked the inclusion of a pass to 24 hour fitness across the street. Valet parking, required to park on site, was a little expensive (18.50) for a registered guest. Rooms comfortable and roomy. Nice shuttle service to attractions.”
