  • It was very clean with friendly staff.
  • It was not 4 stars.

“Nice place but I've been to way nicer 4 star hotels.”

  • Nothing.
  • No Breakfast, Very Expensive Parking, Charged me even for making local calls and a 1800 number.

  • The lobby.
  • Small rooms.

“Small rooms and bathrooms. Bathrooms did not have vents in them.”

  • The evening wine tasting.
  • The set up at the wine tasting was too confined.

“I always have great experiences whenever I stay at a Kimpton hotel.”

“The hotel was very nice and a great location, but we would not agree that it was a 4 star. It was a very pleasant stay, but would rate it a 3 star.”

  • Convenient location in downtown Seattle.
  • Poor television, lackluster coffee service; poor car entry.

“Not worth the money paid for this hotel. Will not stay here again for this price. I would pay only half what I paid to stay here again.”

  • Friendly helpful staff and very nice rooms.

“The Hotel Vintage was recently rated one of the top 500 hotels in the world by a major travel magazine. The reason - it is a great friendly comfortable hotel in a great location in Seattle.”

  • Excellent, professional staff, lovely rooms, nice amenities, fabulous restaurant, good location.
  • Nothing.

“We have stayed at the Vintage Park several times and have never been disappointed. The staff, accommodations, amenities, wine hour and restaurant are top notch.”

  • Hotel was very good and located in the center of city.
  • There were no electric pot, mugs, and coffee or tea.

“Hotel was very clean and convenient due to the closeness to downtown within walking distance. However, the room type of first day was one bed room and inconvenient because I stayed with my colleague. Then, they changed room type on the next day with kindness.”

  • Boutique hotel with nice lines and good restaurant.

“Interesting boutique hotel with character. Nice for those who appreciate architecture. The restaurant is worth a visit or two.”

  • Location and general cleanliness.
  • The initial room was not at all suitable - should be converted to a storage room.

“The hotel itself is quite nice, the staff very pleasant and the evening wine tasting a nice touch. Needs a larger area for wine tasting as the small crowded area with quite limited access is a turn-off unless you happen to be among the first 10 or so to attend. The initial room was very small and right next to the main circulation compressor that kept me awake all night - this room is not at all suitable for guests and should be converted to a storage area - on top of that - I checked in early afternoon so it was not as if the room was the last one available for the evening - I was staying 4 days and requested a relocation next morning. This aspect was very very disappointing indeed.”

  • Robes in the closet for use during your stay.
  • Valet was inattentive for $30 per night parking fee.

“Staff was very nice. Allowed late checkout and mailed me my items I left behind (my cost of course).”

  • Swank, great service, awesome bedding.

“Room was small was an odd bathroom configuration (toilet right in front of the door and you could barely turn around), but more than adequate. The beds are super comfy with high quality linen. The staff was great- helpful, friendly. Great for a romantic weekend, adult tourists or business travelers. Would not recommend for families but that was why I liked it.”

  • Very helpful and friendly staff. Complimentary wine and snacks from the attached upscale restaurant at 5 pm. Very friendly staff. Very good location.
  • Hotel does not offer any special views from the rooms since it is 3 blocks off the water and blocked in by other high rise buildings.

“Meets expectations for a 4 star hotel - upscale atmosphere with classic (what I would call old money) decor. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking is $30 per night above the room rate but does provide valet and in-&-out privileges. Small sitting area in lobby with fireplace hosts free wine and horderves at 5 pm - a good chance to meet some other guests.”

  • Our room was small and bad view.

“Comfortable, stylish rooms which were very clean.”

  • The room was extremely small, very uncomfortable for even just two people. No space for luggage.

“Though the hotel has been completely renovated tastefully, the layout still has a boarding house feel to it. Very tight spaces, small lobby and strange layout for lobby bathroom.”

  • Excellent location, free wine tasting in the evening.
  • There were a lot of the trappings of luxury, but the layout was strange - you had to back into a corner to open the bathroom door!

“Excellent location. Clean and pleasant. A little too dark on the inside for my taste. And the leopard pattern pajamas hanging in the closet for purchase were a little creepy. The decor was beautiful and I appreciated the recycle bin and other earth friendly touches. But it seemed like they slapped luxury trappings onto a strange room layout that was pretty uncomfortable. Sure, the bathroom had granite counter tops, but I had to back into a corner behind the toilet to open the door and get out. I've felt more comfortable at a basic but lovely Holiday Inn. Also, parking was $30 a night!”

  • Room was spacious and pretty. Beds were very comfortable. Leopard-print robes were fun.
  • No concierge available at any time during the week.

“Friendly, professional staff. Good location (very walkable to areas of interest). Nice beds and linens. Small hotel, but the room was nice, well-decorated, and comfortable. Lobby is pretty and clean, but very small. No concierge on duty; front desk staff sent us in the wrong direction several times which was very frustrating. There was a big concierge desk, but no actual concierge. Overall, a great stay.”

  • The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
  • `The traffic was a bit noisy in the middle of the night. Not overwhelmingly bothersome.

“My wife, daughter, and I stayed here for one night as I had a business obligation in the area. The price was phenomenal, the staff was the most helpful and pleasant staff I've ever encountered and the location couldn't be beat. The room was very comfortable and was a bit nicer than we had expected we'd encounter. We will definitely stay here again if we're in downtown Seattle for business or leisure.”
