• Beautiful lobby.
• Unavailability of a King size bed.

“Beautiful lobby, great food in restaurant and room service, awesome location. Parking too expensive, valet $38/day and self-park $28/day. Found parking on street, you don't have to pay between 1800-0800. Was told they had "No King size beds" in newer tower and was given a room with two double beds, not very romantic, slept in separate beds due to the lack of room to move when together in one bed.”

“This hotel is offering a Green Option with rebate incentive. Decline housekeeping services during your stay and receive credit back on your bill. A very nice touch and effort to help the environment!”

• Old carpets in rooms.

“It is very disappointing when hotels upgrade one wing and leave old carpets in the remaining rooms. The smell of pre-smoke free rooms is a turnoff and enough to make us not book with this hotel again.”

• Exorbitant parking fees!

“Nice hotel, have stayed there before. Can't beat it for downtown shopping, etc. The fee for parking has climbed steadily and is now about $32/night; this really tarnishes an otherwise good travel bargain.”

• Location was great, the beds were nice.
• Old cruddy rooms, rude staff, way overpriced parking.

was extremely disappointed with this hotel, that was supposed to be a 4 star. The staff was awful, didn't tell me any info about the hotel amenities, and when I asked them about local restaurants, etc., they were very unhelpful and made it like it was a hassle. The parking was almost $40 a day, which should have been mentioned before we arrived as that is so overpriced. The room was very old, the drain didn't work in the shower or sink. They didn't have any wine openers for us to use anywhere in the hotel apparently.”

• Great location, friendly staff and it was decorated in holiday cheer.
• I did not like the parking rates $39 per night.

“This hotel is great, we've stayed here before and there are 2 towers. We stayed in the newer tower and it was new and modern. We enjoyed our night out on the town and were able to walk to everything in the area.”

• Location in Downtown Seattle, close walking distance for shopping, food, performing arts and sporting events.
• The size of the bathroom was very small, felt crowded and claustrophobic.

“Loved the decor in the public areas, a ginger-house competition was held there and with numerous local visitors. The restaurants were first class, exceptional menu with great tasting food.”

• Amazing staff, beautiful hotel, and perfect location.
• Parking was expensive but thats expected at a 4 star hotel in the center of the city.

“My wife and I loved this hotel. It is definitely one of our favorites of all time. We stayed on the 25th floor and had an amazing view. The staff was all very professional and helpful. The location was also perfect for experiencing all that main attractions of Seattle.”

• parking is outrageous and the rooms show their age and wear/tear.

“Very pleasant staff and good location for walking and touring. Lots of shopping a decent eatery nearby. Only wished hotel parking was not so expensive. housekeeping is fair - left dirty glasses on the desk and did not exchange for clean glassed on the 3rd night.”
