• The room was beautiful and spacious and super friendly staff!
• They charged for local phone calls & free TV channel choice was low.

“ Overall it was really great, beautiful rooms and super friendly/helpful staff. If you're on a budget and can get this hotel for a great price per night then just be careful about doing anything else in the hotel as they charge. ”

• Excellent location, superior guest rooms, loved the bathroom, great staff.

“The guest rooms at the Grand Hyatt were excellent. Super comfortable beds, great decor and a gorgeous bathroom. Super view of the Seattle skyline, water and Space Needle from the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• Nice rooms and good location
• Very poor customer service and poor personnel checking us in

“If you need double beds, don't count on them as we requested them a month ago and then at the time of check in they did not have any beds and basically said that it was my problem and they could not help me. It forced me to get a second room for our two children of which I was not planning on. This Priceline deal was not a good deal at all.”

• Staff was very prompt and courteous, outstanding master bath and gorgeous view!
• Decor was a bit drab in the living quarters. Definitely needed a better stereo in the room and the booby trapped fridge, it has tripwires, so be careful!

“Lobby was very nice, staff was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable! The main quarters of the suite needed updated furniture. This is the place to party for sure.”

• This hotel is both modern and comfortable. It feels like a mini retreat.
• The in room refrigerator does not allow you to store refreshments unless you pay to rent one.

“The amenities in our room were very modern yet comfortable. The bathroom was over sized as far as hotels goes. The king bed had one of the best mattresses, I can remember, not to hard not to soft. Overall, the room felt like a mini retreat.”

• A wonderful deep soaking bathtub in addition to shower.
• No 2-bed rooms available, only kings.

“The Grand Hyatt tries to be about luxury, when instead I think it's more about upscale conference business. It might be a nice treat for somebody wanting to stay in the city for a special occasion, but on an everyday basis is too expensive to be accessible to the common traveler.”

• Location for theatre and shopping.
• Interior construction noise that prevented our quiet enjoyment of the room.

“Quite surprised that we were placed in a room on a floor that had construction taking place directly above. Woken up at 6:15 am with construction noise. Both called and physically went to the front desk for resolution. We received an apology and they waived our parking fee. Frankly little comfort for a very dissatisfying experience.”
