• Nice bathroom.
• Extremely old and shaggy carpets everywhere, bad ventilation.

“Ole Motor Inn, not a hotel, not a motel. Ole Shaggy carpets everywhere. The beds were very lumpy and you could feel the springs. Nice bathroom. I had a 3rd floor two queen . The walls and ceilings are all stucco painted in beige with 15 coats of paint. The hallways full of yellow old brass fixtures.”

• Location was great; campus was professional, room was spacious & convenient.

“The hotel was easy to find and on main streets between the freeway and a nice shopping mall (with a Starbucks!). The campus was secluded and quiet and very professional looking. The staff was friendly (not very accommodating, though)on check-in. The room was large and very convenient with a desk, reading chair and counter. I totally enjoyed my stay there. I did not eat their breakfast, but it did smell tempting!”

“Inside of the hotel was much nicer than what it looked like from the outside. It seemed to have been redone and was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and really liked the bath and body toiletries.”

• Cookies, internet and pool setup.
• Rooms weren't a WOW - shampoo selection was average.

“Overall, our stay was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was outdoors and heated for the brisk Washington nights. The breakfast had a good selection and the room was average but fine. If I was in the area again I would probably stay there.”

“When I checked in, the front desk person told me that, unless I was going to rent a movie, I didn't need to give them my credit card, even though I handed it to her. In the room, I couldn't get connected to the hotel's wireless internet. When I tried to call the tech line, I got a fast busy. When I called the front desk, they said I would have had to give them my credit card. I have stayed in * to ***** hotels and have always given the front desk my credit card. I think the cotton tree staff needs to be retrained. Nice big room though.”

• Great large room, friendly and helpful staff.
• No eminence until 11 pm.

“Large, well appointed room, clean and calm. Very upscale and clean even though we were in the dog friendly section. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions and information. Hallways were very wide and spacious; the breakfast was excellent and fresh.”

• We liked everything!

“Great location for us - near to shopping! and easy freeway access. The whole hotel is smoke free, so you could breath where ever you went! Lots of choice for breakfast, including healthy choices!”
