  • Wonderful! I had a great time!

“My trip didn't go as well as expected, but I had a great time and a great view of the whole city. Silent, neat, etc.”

  • The location was great. The room was large with an amazing view of the city.

“ Hotel was very nice, clean and modern. The decor was very relaxing and hip. The concierge was very helpful and friendly, as was all of the support staff. ”

  • Convenient location, helpful staff.
  • Restaurant was expensive with few choices, staff were inattentive.

“We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. The staff was friendly and upgraded us to a corner room with a nice view. The valet staff were accommodating and prompt. We did not enjoy the restaurant. The staff were inattentive, and the food was expensive and lacked variety.”

  • Great location for shopping and being close to everything.
  • All the homeless people that were in the hotel surroundings. Not the hotels fault though.

“Very happy with this stay. Hotel needs to upgrade on carpeting perhaps. would definitly use priceline again and would stay at the "westin seattle" again and refer it to my friends.”

  • The linens were excellent.
  • The mattress sagged in the middle & pillows were thin.

“The Westin is a beautiful & convenient place to stay.”

  • The staff was great.
  • That I did not stay longer.

“The place was perfect. Was there for a short honeymoon stay before the big honeymoon started. It was better than expected.”

  • Clean, roomy, with a beautiful view of the Seattle.
  • The lobby bar was overpriced.

“Beautiful rooms with great views, very close to Pike Place Market and all the great restaurants nearby. But with the Coldwater Grill and the Cafe, you never have to leave the hotel. The workout rooms and pool were a great diversion.”

  • Views of the city, the bed, and location.
  • Complimentary mouthwash and lack of a refrigerator.

“Nice place, beautiful lobby, and clean upscale rooms.”

  • The room had a loud rattling noise that made it impossible to sleep. It was extremely loud and very annoying.

“The noise in our room was a rattling and I am disappointed that a nice hotel like this would allow that room to be rented out. I have stated at this hotel many times and always had wonderful experiences until this trip. I believe the hotel should fix whatever is causing the noise and not rent that room out until it is fixed. This type of situation ruins a hotel's reputation. I am sure the hotel must be aware of the noise since other people must have complained since it is so loud and disturbing.”

“They charged me an extra $75.00 and have not returned my requested call back to discuss this charge. I did not charge any additional items to my room and should have not been charge an additional $75.00!”

  • The view and the helpfulness of the staff.
  • There wasn't anything we didn't like. It was a pleasure to stay there.

“We had a wonderful view and the staff helped us find shops and restaurants. The bed was so comfortable, just like at home, but we didn't have to make it.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[3] • Location:[6]

  • Centralized and not too far from attractions.
  • Facilities were old and in desperate need of upgrading and renovations. Some staff were rude and unprofessional. The bed was uncomfortable; also they had ridiculous mini bar policy.

“This hotel is barely a 2-star hotel, let alone 4. The hotel is run down and old. The shower head and faucet in our bathroom was coming apart from the wall. Paint was peeling from the wall in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable, and the walls of the room were extremely thin (we heard people through the night in the next rooms). Some of the staff of the hotel was overly friendly. They are at the cusp of being disrespectful. Definitely it was not something I would find at a real 4-star hotel. This is also a hotel you would NOT want to stay at in the winter. The rooms are in 2 tall towers which sway every way in the stormy Seattle nights with wind howling through the floors all through the night. It might be a better hotel in the summer, if you don't mind the aged furniture. Mini bar was ridiculous. If you just open the cabinet doors and look at the selection, you are almost immediately charged. They use a system that does not work well. The items are in a container with sensors, and if anything moved at all, you will be charged. When we called to protest the charges, they sounded annoyed, and rude. "Well, you SAID you didn't take the items." was what the woman said on the phone when I asked if the charges will be taken off the bill.”

  • Location!
  • No king size bed rooms were available and the distance from the airport.

“This hotel is very nice and comfortable. We were on the 34th floor and had a good view of the city. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The lobby was very nice and had a welcoming staff who even told us a little bit about the area and where to go.”

  • We were given room on 45th floor, spectacular.

“The beds, view, cleanliness of the room, staff, everything was perfect. I could not have asked for a better hotel. Absolutely, no complaints. I will definitely stay there whenever possible.”

  • Very comfortable bed and linens.
  • Feels corporate and convention-centric.

“Centrally located in downtown Seattle - great for shopping and dining. Close to bus lines for all else. Nice views from upper floors. Elevators were amazingly slow.”
