“It was very clean and neat. We were located on the same floor as the dining and bar so that was nice. The location, all be it situated near some seedier establishments, was right in the middle of everything we wanted. Great time.”

“Comfortable and relatively inexpensive place to stay if sharing a room. The room was large and cool and I was quite pleased with the value. Good for leisure trips when you're not spending lots of time at the hotel. The restaurant was overpriced and had limited vegetarian options.”

“Overall the stay was okay because the hotel for this trip was just for sleeping for us and it was close to the places we wanted to go. But... The elevators didn't work, there was black mold in the windows, the so-called "free internet" in the room didn't work, and the staff were very few and far between.”

“Excellent hotel for the price. Everything was recently renovated. Very good location for walking to downtown.”

“We were very unhappy that we had to pay $15 a night to park there. The floor we were on had a really foul smell and the ice machine was broken. The beds were two doubles and very uncomfortable. My husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. The cleaning staff did not do a very good job and they cleaned even though we had the do not disturb sign up. I would definitely not stay there again!”

“The hotel wasn't bad but the AC didn't work very well and I could hear the street below all night. The price wasn't very good, after
I got there I found other hotels for less.”

“Overall, good value. Hotel seemed to be undergoing a renovation, which I suspect will up its quality level in the years to come.”

“We were told this was a non smoking hotel. I walked in our room and smelled smoke, maid came 2 min later with a fumigator. Girlfriend had an asthma attack as a result. It was hard to even find the front door, you had to enter thru the restaurant. There was wet paint and its odor in the hallways. One of the 2 worst hotels I have ever stayed in.”

“Although the location of this hotel is ideal, and the staff are all friendly and efficient, this hotel has nothing to offer a traveler other than a room to sleep in and an over-priced restaurant to eat in. The beds were not even that comfortable.”

“Hotel lobby was closed for renovation and the room we were staying in needs renovation: such as carpeting, washroom, etc. So it was a bad experience.”

“For the price, the hotel was excellent. With regards to the shuttle, it did come to the Westin which was about one block away, so this was only a minor inconvenience.”

“The room met our expectations of the star rating. Internet use was expensive, parking was extra and the staff, althouh not rude, were quite unhelpful and seemed to not have enough training to use their own computer system.”

“It’s in the heart of downtown Seattle --very busy and crowded. The parking cost more. It was $15.

“$12 for parking is ridiculous. It should not be an extra expense to park at the hotel I'm already paying to stay out. The front desk service was awesome. The room was decent, not somewhere for romance. I don't care how in love you are.”

“We found the room very adequate. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and cheerful. Unfortunately the restaurant staff was not.”
