  • Location.
  • Windows don't open. Breakfast was across street.

“Hotel charges extra 10 dollars for parking.”

  • Breakfast bar wasn't open so we were sent to the hotel next door.
  • No bath tub. Parking $10 per night.

“I worried about the use of one extension cord for the TV, lamp, coffeepot and microwave. The TV did not work the first night.”

  • Free breakfast.
  • Though they didn't tell me breakfast ended at 10:30 and I missed it!

“it's a nice hotel and has an excellent price for the area it is in.”

  • Clean, surprisingly quiet.
  • $11 a day pay for parking!

“Cleaner and quieter than you'd expect for a motor lodge. Downtown location is convenient. Charging guests for parking is tacky though, especially if you don't have an airport shuttle.”

  • Cheap.
  • Uncomfortable beds.

“The hotel is very conveniently located, which made getting around very easy. The check out time isn't till eleven so it gives you some time to relax in the morning.”

  • There were people outside the room all night talking and laughing. I couldn't sleep.

“It needs to be refurbished. The wallpaper was falling off the walls and they hadn't repaired damaged areas in the room.

  • Great location, inexpensive and
    free breakfast.
  • Charge for parking.

“Great location in downtown for a very reasonable price. Includes free wireless internet and breakfast, easy walking distance to many locations downtown. Fees for parking. But overall a great location.

  • Closeness to tourist attractions.
  • Internet connection wasn't easy to get.

“Good for exploring Seattle’s downtown area and just a couple block from the space needle. Big rooms.

  • Great location, within walking distance to bars/restaurants.
  • Room was not very attractive (old carpet, smelled musky).

“This hotel is perfect for when you want to be in downtown Seattle, don't want to pay a lot for a room, but need somewhere to sleep at the end of the night. No frills, not glamorous - we walked to several bars/restaurants downtown & walked down to the Seattle center. The continental breakfast the next morning was an added perk.”

  • Ease of access
  • Starting to look a little seedy

“Easy access to and from downtown Seattle, waterfront, and freeways. Room was clean as possible with the age of the motel and the furnishings. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired, but a good resturant for breakfast was less than a block away.”
