“ The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, iron, ironing board, TV, and great bathroom. Two queen beds. Decent view of the city and surrounding area. The Emerald Grill downstairs has a nice happy hour and reverse happy hour. Didn't try the food, but drink specials were good. They also offer room service. Hotel can arrange cab and town car service for guests. Staff knows the area well and is willing to help you find what you need. Overall, hotel was great for the price and in a good location. ”

“The rooms were nice. I did not use any other facilities. The location is very convenient and close to the space needle. On weekends you can find free parking on the streets.”

“I would like to recommend the hotel, the rooms were very nice and clean. However I can't really do so because the staff was very rude and unhelpful in nearly every situation. Furthermore, many rooms have noise issues, not well throughout or soundproofed to the hallway and upstairs. The beds are too soft for extended stay, but the bedding is very nice. The location is very accessible. No pool, but a very small basic room with a treadmill and a few other pieces of exercise equipment. I did appreciate there is guest laundry available on every floor. The staff seem smarmy and if you come across any issue you think could be easily resolved, they will blame the problem on you and waste your time until you insist on a solution or leave. I heard the phrase No one has ever complained about that along with fake indignation several times for very basic hotel requests, instead of working on finding a positive solution. Turns out several people experienced and complained the exact things.”

“It was a bit generic but for the price we were pleased with what we got. Seattle in general is clean, attractive and friendly. Our hotel reflected the city.”

“The hotel was nice, clean, and the rooms were roomy. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I wasn't crazy about the location but it was within walking distance to the needle and a long walk to the pier. I would probably stay there again.”

“It's an average Holiday Inn. In the fixed price listing for this hotel, when Holiday Inn charges an extra $10 daily premium to use their parking.”

“We got this hotel (Holiday Inn) through Priceline about 3 hours before we checked in and we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel lobby had a welcoming and modern style. The front desk staff was excellent - extremely friendly and customer service oriented. We had the pleasure of working with Troy. The room was great too. Beds were super-comfy. Linens and pillows were perfect. We would have thought we were staying at a high-end Hyatt - not a Holiday Inn. Another great feature - complimentary internet access - fixed line and WiFi. Higher end hotels charge $9.95/ day for this. Overall - this Holiday Inn was a great hotel in a great location for a great price. If we are ever in Seattle again, we will definitely stay here.”

“This was a very handy hotel for events at Seattle Center for a low price, yet nice rooms. There is a park across the street and, even though it's a busy street, there really isn't any evening traffic so the hotel is really quiet for a downtown hotel.”

“Great for short stay- working fridge, microwave, amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping a bit lazy. Definitely not fancy, but worth my price line cost.”

“This hotel was adequate for our purposes. It was clean. Again, it was disappointing not even being able to get a cup of coffee in the AM. The coffee in the room with powered milk is not appealing.”
