“It was a bit generic but for the price we were pleased with what we got. Seattle in general is clean, attractive and friendly. Our hotel reflected the city.”

“The hotel was nice, clean, and the rooms were roomy. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I wasn't crazy about the location but it was within walking distance to the needle and a long walk to the pier. I would probably stay there again.”

“I would not stay there again, no breakfast and no swimming pool or hot tub, just your basic place to sleep.”

“It's an average Holiday Inn. In the fixed price listing for this hotel, when Holiday Inn charges an extra $10 daily premium to use their parking.”

“We got this hotel (Holiday Inn) through Priceline about 3 hours before we checked in and we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel lobby had a welcoming and modern style. The front desk staff was excellent - extremely friendly and customer service oriented. We had the pleasure of working with Troy. The room was great too. Beds were super-comfy. Linens and pillows were perfect. We would have thought we were staying at a high-end Hyatt - not a Holiday Inn. Another great feature - complimentary internet access - fixed line and WiFi. Higher end hotels charge $9.95/ day for this. Overall - this Holiday Inn was a great hotel in a great location for a great price. If we are ever in Seattle again, we will definitely stay here.”

“This was a very handy hotel for events at Seattle Center for a low price, yet nice rooms. There is a park across the street and, even though it's a busy street, there really isn't any evening traffic so the hotel is really quiet for a downtown hotel.”

“Great for short stay- working fridge, microwave, amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping a bit lazy. Definitely not fancy, but worth my price line cost.”

“This hotel was adequate for our purposes. It was clean. Again, it was disappointing not even being able to get a cup of coffee in the AM. The coffee in the room with powered milk is not appealing.”

“The parking was down an alley way, which wasn't really the easiest to maneuver, although it offered covered/gated parking. The lobby was open and small. The elevator was the slowest thing on earth. The hallway area was clean and clear. We had a room with two double beds, which was fairly clean and neat. The pillows on the beds were the best thing in the room, the TV was nice and having a microwave and fridge were very nice to utilize.”

“Location was most outstanding feature. Male attendant at front desk was not exactly welcoming. Room had a stale musty odor when we entered. So, a low AC setting fixed that. The name Holiday Inn just doesn't do it for me I guess. So many other modern motels to enjoy.”

“I did not feel this was a 3 star hotel. Had large vehicle with no parking. This is an important option that I think should be mentioned for driving travelers. People in the service end were very good.”

“It was within walking distance to our venue & many choices of restaurants. The staff was friendly & helpful. There was secure parking; a plus! I liked that you could ask for a variety of pillows. Most hotels have pillows that are too thick.

“Just an okay hotel. The staff was great and very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs to be updated. It was convenient to downtown and to the space needle.”
