• The old man at the front desk was nice and willing to provide information.
• Continental breakfast was a total joke. Thin slices of muffin and shot-sized orange juice cup.

• It had a clean parking lot.
• Breakfast, poor internet, sagging beds.

“They moved us 3 times in 4 days. Breakfast was muffins and juice and apples. WiFi did not work. Parking space was limited.”

• Nice towels; good bananas at breakfast; desk clerk was nice and helpful.
• Dirty bed linens! Could hear the knock on the adjoining room door at 03 AM, where we had observed obvious drug activity the evening before.

“What more do I need to say? I have NEVER stayed in a place that had obvious dirty linens on the nicely made beds! Plus, when I called the front desk clerk about this, she was NOT aghast, and didn't deliver. I had to go down to the desk to get it!”

• When I found out I didn't have a refrigerator, they got me one.
• Not so pleasant check in service. Other than that the staff was friendly.

“The rooms are a bit small. I don't like the windows in front where if open, everyone walking by to their rooms can see right in. Other than that, clean and inexpensive. Not much parking but I was able to park in the restaurant parking lot right next door. Good value if you are not into the frills.”

• No elevator. Pillows were flat.

• Situated in an area with easy access to food, entertainment, fuel, car wash and low noise from freeway.
• It was a queen instead of a King which I paid for.

“I feel that this is a good value hotel that is centrally located to many things, other hotels, restaurants, fuel, carwash, bank, fast food and one bar with live entertainment.”

• Inexpensive, decent rooms, close to desirable locations.
• Being bothered by housekeeping at 8 am.

“If you're like me, you want to stay in a no-frills, simple hotel and spend the big money on the outside attractions instead. The Tulip Inn is perfect for me. The rooms are clean. My room had a little kitchenette as well, which was a nice surprise. It's not a 5 star hotel and that's just fine. The room is comfortable, the staff is pleasant and friendly and it's right off the freeway. I'll definitely be staying there again whenever I'm up that way.”
