• Renovated rooms in a stylish setting.
• Slightly far from airport.

“Gorgeous lobby. Recently renovated rooms make this a very nice place for an airport stay. The rooms and bathrooms were like new and well maintained. The beds were also comfortable. The amenities were also quite nice. A regular 24-hour shuttle makes this convenient for those catching flights, although the airport is about a 15-minute ride away.”

• Free internet access in the lobby.
• The pool and hot tub were not very nice.

“The entry way was inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel stored frozen fish for us. Pool and hot tub needed to be updated.”

• The indoor pool was nice.
• There was a charge for the internet and parking for the guest.

“The hotel was nice, room service takes a while, their was a nice walking trail right outside the hotel right next to the water, steakhouse also next to the hotel. 18 dollar per night parking fee and I think the internet fee was 10 bucks a day.”

• Good looking and smelled wonderful.
• Had to pay for WiFi in room; no down pillows or comforter.

“Very nice place, but for a 4 star we prefer the Hyatt.”

• All rooms had HD Big Screen TV.
• Some channels did not work.

“I thought it was a great hotel for the price. Don't us standard hotel parking ($18 a night - in and out privacy) as you can use regular long-term parking which is in adjacent facility for ($9 a day without in and out privacy). Pool and gym we're great but the hotel was very clean and remodeled. The hotel still has parts that looks very 70s-ish.”

• Charged for overnight parking.

“Great hotel with all amenities except free parking. They charge $14/night versus the lot right next door that only charges $9/24 hours. Beware.”

• Everything is updated and brand new!
• Very difficult to find from the airport/highway.

“The hotel was amazing, everything is brand new but it was so hard for an out of Towner to locate. They do offer a shuttle to the airport which is convenient and helpful, but to drive in on your own is not simple.”

• Rooms were quite comfortable and spacious.
• Hotel is a little bit off the beaten path. With the freeway construction in process it was difficult to go south.

“Excellent accommodations at a reasonable price. The staff went above and beyond to assure our enjoyment.”

• Staff was very helpful. I love the decoration and the bed was so comfortable!
• Housekeeping kept knocking on the door to see if I was checking out.

• First class comforts around.
• $18/day to park car, roadway construction makes it difficult to find.

“Spacious room with first class comforts. Unnecessary fees for internet $20/hr, parking $18/day. The airliners are somewhat noisy on the north side rooms but not noticeable on the south side rooms. The hotel was great, but the ongoing roadwork make it a must to own and use a GPS unit to find the hotel. You can see the hotel from the freeway, but you just can't get there from here.”

• Station with Olympics did not work & I was lied to about it.

“The staff was unfriendly, unhappy, and they lied to me about the satellite TV. I wanted to watch the Olympics & that channel was not working. The staff lied and said it was a problem with all the hotels in area and they would fix it by the next day. Not only was it not fixed, but I called the local hotels and none had this problem. The manager lied and then wouldn't speak with me when I confronted her. The personnel were not what I expected from a 4 star hotel.”

• It is visually appealing.
• First and foremost, the bed springs could be felt just by sitting on and leaning on it. Terrible nights sleep. Also, the small pool & hot tub were dirty.

• Women on phone in customer service had poor attitude.

“Overall our stay was a good one with nice staff and clean room. One girl in customer service on phone had a bit of an attitude when I called about NBC local TV channel having no signal.”

• $18 per night charge for parking is outrageous (more than airport parking across the street).

“Bathroom wasn't clean. Bare minimum of towels were provided. $18 per night for parking is overkill. The airport parking across the street was only $9. I was told that 'this is pretty standard for this area'. Not so. I parked all day in downtown San Francisco for $13. Not sure I'd return to this place.”

• The rooms were immaculate, modern with large plasma TV's.
• The pool was small and a bit dirty looking. (They had people looking at it, so I think they are soon to update it).

“This hotel was great. The rooms were newly updated and very clean. The staff was very friendly. Room service great. Also, the exercise room had all new equipment. The only thing that was not up to par was the pool. It was small and dingy looking, but it will be updated in the near future. Great hotel overall.”

• The interior decor and the LCD screen in the room.
• The front desk receptionist's were not friendly at all, no eye contact, no sincerity, and no smiles.

“The hotel was very nice looking with the contemporary decor. The LCD screen was a very good size, the cleaning services was very friendly. Parking was a pain because there was no elevator that came directly into the hotel, instead it was outside and you had to walk in from the front door, with the cold ocean breeze, it wasn't that pleasant. The worst thing of all was the front desk. They were not friendly and not welcoming. No smiles, minimal eye contact and focus on the customer. Seemed distracted most of the time.”
