“This is a really clean and comfortable hotel. Very affordable for the quality of the amenities. Just regret that the receptionist was not really friendly. The location is not the best but you can drive to SF down-town in 20 minutes which is not too bad. Sad too that they charged me the car park even though I said I did not use it and asked for a confirmation they will not charged me.”

“A clean, comfortable room with friendly staff, good location - close to downtown restaurants. The only issue I have is the hours for using the work-out facilities. Business travelers are usually ready to work by 0700 so opening the facility at 0600 is unacceptable. $20.00 per day self-parking is excessive.”

“Hotel was an average hotel 3 star. Had to pay $18 a day for parking. Where do they expect people to park their vehicles when they stay with them especially at an airport? Pass card did not work 4 times.”

“Parking lot was shared with long term airport parking, which made it hard to find a space on weekends. Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. No mini bar or refrigerator. Beds were comfortable although creaky. Loud sounds made by plumbing in adjacent rooms. Not sure it should be rated 4 star.”

“I thought that overall the experience was good. The check in staff were not that helpful - the room that I was assigned was noisy (compressor noise) and I asked to be moved. The check-in girl was somewhat affronted that I asked! She told me that the only room I could be moved to had no view but as an architect I could see from the plan shw showed me that it did. The new room was fine. The bellman the next morning was excellent - very helpful as I had two heavy bags, so too the restaurant staff. I liked the hotel despite my night before experience as it was a simple business hotel that worked very well.”

“The hotel was supposed to be newly renovated and the public areas seem to be ok, however the rooms still look very old and unappealing even if it has a large flat screen TV. The bathroom was specially unappealing.”

“Given that there was little or no cell phone reception for AT&T. I made about 10 calls and they charged me $100.”

“The Sheraton is located south of the airport, and a bit further than most of the other airport hotels. It is adjacent to Highway 101, and there is little insulation in the walls. If your room faces the highway, do not expect much sleep. If it faces the other direction, you will be awakened every 15-30 minutes by noisy
AC, if you leave the system on. The rooms are nice, but sleep is important to me.”

“I liked this hotel very much and it did seem that they were doing some renovating. My only complaint was that the pool area needed updating and I wasn't sure that the pool and hot tub were clean.”

“Nice enough hotel located a bit far from SFO. Very nice room, excellent bed and nice flat-screen TV. However, restaurant stopped serving at 10 pm, which is much too early for a business traveler. And parking is a very expensive $18.”

“The staff know exactly what their jobs are. Valet parking was a breeze. Went through check-in in a few seconds with paperwork, key waiting for me. Surprised with the big plasma TV. Starbucks coffee in the room was another surprise. Toiletry was more than enough. Pillows were abundant. Nice art work of the Golden Gate Bridge. Most importantly, the room was spotless and mattress was just right.”
