“Gorgeous lobby. Recently renovated rooms make this a very nice place for an airport stay. The rooms and bathrooms were like new and well maintained. The beds were also comfortable. The amenities were also quite nice. A regular 24-hour shuttle makes this convenient for those catching flights, although the airport is about a 15-minute ride away.”

“The hotel was nice, room service takes a while, their was a nice walking trail right outside the hotel right next to the water, steakhouse also next to the hotel. 18 dollar per night parking fee and I think the internet fee was 10 bucks a day.”

“I thought it was a great hotel for the price. Don't us standard hotel parking ($18 a night - in and out privacy) as you can use regular long-term parking which is in adjacent facility for ($9 a day without in and out privacy). Pool and gym we're great but the hotel was very clean and remodeled. The hotel still has parts that looks very 70s-ish.”

“The hotel was amazing, everything is brand new but it was so hard for an out of Towner to locate. They do offer a shuttle to the airport which is convenient and helpful, but to drive in on your own is not simple.”

“Spacious room with first class comforts. Unnecessary fees for internet $20/hr, parking $18/day. The airliners are somewhat noisy on the north side rooms but not noticeable on the south side rooms. The hotel was great, but the ongoing roadwork make it a must to own and use a GPS unit to find the hotel. You can see the hotel from the freeway, but you just can't get there from here.”

“The staff was unfriendly, unhappy, and they lied to me about the satellite TV. I wanted to watch the Olympics & that channel was not working. The staff lied and said it was a problem with all the hotels in area and they would fix it by the next day. Not only was it not fixed, but I called the local hotels and none had this problem. The manager lied and then wouldn't speak with me when I confronted her. The personnel were not what I expected from a 4 star hotel.”

“Bathroom wasn't clean. Bare minimum of towels were provided. $18 per night for parking is overkill. The airport parking across the street was only $9. I was told that 'this is pretty standard for this area'. Not so. I parked all day in downtown San Francisco for $13. Not sure I'd return to this place.”

“This hotel was great. The rooms were newly updated and very clean. The staff was very friendly. Room service great. Also, the exercise room had all new equipment. The only thing that was not up to par was the pool. It was small and dingy looking, but it will be updated in the near future. Great hotel overall.”

“The hotel was very nice looking with the contemporary decor. The LCD screen was a very good size, the cleaning services was very friendly. Parking was a pain because there was no elevator that came directly into the hotel, instead it was outside and you had to walk in from the front door, with the cold ocean breeze, it wasn't that pleasant. The worst thing of all was the front desk. They were not friendly and not welcoming. No smiles, minimal eye contact and focus on the customer. Seemed distracted most of the time.”
