• Right on the bay, with a great view, large spacious room.
• Bar and room service closed from 11 to 6 am - late arrivals bring food!

“This is a very nice property, big rooms, wonderful inside atrium area. Breakfast included (a great buffet). However, no food service after 11 (we arrived at midnight from the east coast), and no mini bar in the room. So a dry, hungry wait for breakfast. Apart from that, highly recommended.”

• It was a beautiful oasis near the airport, with an abundant amount of amenities.

“The hotel was great overall. Everyone on staff was helpful and alert. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Great amenities were offered. It's a great stay, and close to the airport.”

• The atrium waterfall was a nice touch. Rooms were very clean and well decorated.
• Could not easily locate a local mid-price restaurant near the hotel.

“The hotel was clean, and beautifully decorated. The tropical atrium with waterfall and coy fish was delightful. The bed was comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean.”

• Open atrium.
• Staff was inattentive seemly because their were understaffed.

“For those familiar with the Embassy Suites concept of an open atrium rather than enclosed calls you will marvel at the beauty of this hotel. Palms rise from the courtyard to the roof of the hotel. Beautiful tropical plants fill the courtyard. Quite the nicest setting to enjoy a drink. Food in the restaurant was quite good.”

• Restaurant closing at 9:30 PM but not a huge inconvenience.

• The room was extremely clean and the atrium was fantastic.
• Internet access was a $10 a day extra charge.

“Beautifully decorated atrium and very clean rooms. The complimentary breakfast is spectacular with made to order eggs and a wide selection of other breakfast foods.”

• Room was located directly above outside garbage - very noisy at 4:30 am.

“We stayed in this hotel twice for this vacation trip. Both stays were located in the exact same room, which in our opinion was the worst room in the hotel. It was located directly above the outside garbage area, where employees from 4:30 am on dumped garbage, gathered and talked loudly and thus, allowing us no sleep after this time. Will not return to this hotel.”

“This was an okay hotel. The free breakfast was great and the staff was very nice. The room was terrible, smelled of smoke and air conditioning did not work at all!”

• The atrium affect was nice.
• You can't get from one end to the hotel to the other on the first floor w/o going through the restaurant.

“I guess it was generally ok. The one big pet peeve I had is that they stop serving breakfast at 9:30 AM. That is way too early in my opinion. You should be able to get breakfast till at least 10:30 AM or 11:00 AM. The former assumes that all patrons are early risers. Also the carpet on the suite floors was too thick. It was difficult to roll luggage.”

• Lovely room.
• Being switched to another one due to their overbooking.

“We were offered a free breakfast in lie of the "switch" but this too was a disappointment due to all of the families with children running around the place the next morning. They should have offered us the buffet away from the clamor of the kids. The overcharge was another unpleasant surprise.”

“The hotel itself was nice, convenient and clean enough, albeit a little noisy. We attempted an early check in, but the room was not ready yet. Also, the room had a 'smoking' designation when it should have been non-smoking. When we returned later to check in, they hadn't changed the room type to non-smoking, and had run out of rooms (except for smoking).”

“The atrium here looks awesome. Tall eucalyptus trees and kopi pond make this hotel a nice retreat after a busy day. The outside view of the water and nearby airport are a great way to entertain young and old alike. If you can look past the truly unhelpful front desk staff, this is a great hotel.”
