• Desk staff persons were most helpful.
• Paper cups, plastic plates etc for their breakfast.(food was good)

• Very convenient to restaurants and shopping.
• The decor of the rooms is very outdated and dark.

“The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby and hallways were bright and attractive. There were no refrigerators nor luggage holder in the room.”

• Dirty carpet, musty room, unpleasant staff, no towels at pool, unsympathetic to carpet nail in room that pierced my foot, bland food in restaurant.

• I did not feel that the area we stayed in was clean. I felt because we used priceline we may have been put in the old part of the hotel.

• Great little restaurant. Breakfast was 4.99 each.

• Easy access to/from I-5.
• Could use some updating and also refrigs in rooms.

“We were able to get a great price through priceline. It does need some updating but has big rooms. The bathrooms have been updated and are nice. Pool is big and was great for the kids. We had to ask each time for towels to be brought out and they close the pool too early 10pm.”

• Bed was comfortable.
• They did not honor our request for two beds.

“We called this hotel and requested two beds. They said this would not be a problem, however, when we arrived they said there were no more available. We had no options.”

• The room was clean and quiet.
• Room needed air freshener, had slight musty smell.

“The hotel was quiet in a nice location. Staff friendly, they recommend italian restaurant nearby that was fabulous. Room was clean but needed some air freshener. Would stay there again.”
