• The morning hot breakfast was awesome!
• Our room on the west side of the hotel had a lot of road noise.

“This was a very nice hotel, clean and the breakfast was really good. If you stay here ask to stay on the east side of the building though. We were on the 5th floor and had a good view of the bay on the west side of the building but at night the noise from the cars passing by made it difficult to sleep. Other than that it was a good place to stay.”

• Front desk personnel very helpful, had great suggestions on places to eat.

“This is a great place to stay, within walking distance of space needle and places to eat. We stayed here as we were getting on a cruise the next day and it is very close to the pier. Staff very friendly and place is clean, and the Price was terrific. Will stay here again.”

• The front desk clerk was tremendous and she was courteous, informative and very friendly.
• Can't think of a thing I didn't like.

• Great shower, nice bed, excellent living room area.
• Not close enough to downtown and parking was too expensive.

“The bed was very comfortable, the living room area was great, and the hotel was quiet (for a hotel). The shower was probably my favorite part. The kitchen was limited (no oven) but overall very useful and saved us a bunch of money. We would definitely stay in a Homewood Suites again, although because of the location, probably not this one.”

• Bed was good, colors were pleasant and it was spacious.
• TV's were out of date and the cable didn't have HGTV and other regular cable channels.

“It was attractive and centrally located. It had secured parking but the surprise $15 a day parking fee was a little unattractive. The breakfast was excellent and they tried to have a variety the next day.”

“This was a very nice upscale hotel. Close to the waterfront district is Seattle. Easy to find. Very quiet area, complementary dinner and drinks were really unexpected nice touch. Made us really feel at home.”

• Our room was 2x as big as I was expecting. The decor was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful.
• I could hear the noise out in the hallway through the closed door, and it woke me up a few times.

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room was so spacious and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.”

• I enjoyed the view of the bay from our room, that made it worth it. Very nice room. More like 3 stars.
• We had to pay $15 for parking and we need to taxi our way to Safeco field and other areas Downtown.

“We were very impressed with our room, it had a beautiful view of the bay and Olympics. It exceeded the 2 1/2 stars that it was rated. The free breakfast buffet was very good also. We would stay there again.”

• Big bedroom with lots of room around the king bed.
• The alarm clock hadn't been set to the new time and the stopper in the bathtub didn't work.

“We ended up at this hotel at the last minute and it exceeded our expectations. Room was large and we could easily see ourselves staying there with our two kids. Though we didn't have a view of the bay, we could see tm rainier and the top of the space needle. At breakfast there was a large variety of choices and a wonderful view of Elliot bay from the dining area. Though you have to pay for parking it is secure and out of the elements. We plan to stay there again.”

• Awesome hotel, close to everything, spacious rooms, everything clean and new, great service.
• Slow elevator and not all the food was kept warm, but it was a good selection. Needs to keep up with the dishes.

• 1 staff member was not that nice.

“The key to the door didn't work, so they gave us a nice upgrade for the night. Plus it was dog friendly! Only one staff member was not that nice to work with, and in the morning the construction team they had working there took over one elevator, right in the middle of the morning rush to leave the building. Other than that it was great! Beautiful rooms and great beds! Yes, I would stay there again”
