• Hot tub, indoor pool. Nice hotel.
• No continental breakfast.

“The hotel was nice and worth the money, but I was very disappointed that there was no continental breakfast. Even Best Western has one. I would stay here again.”

• Lobby and dining were clean, attractive and very nice.
• Cleanliness of pool/hot tub, friendliness of staff, small plain rooms.

“The lobby and public areas are all very nice. The rooms are a bit small and plain, but still nice. The staff was all somewhat rude because they were too busy at the moment to help and wanted us to call back tomorrow. The pool and hot tub were extremely dirty. The biggest problem we had was that at one o'clock in the morning the fire alarm went on. We called the front desk and they said it was a false alarm and not to leave the building, but the alarm continued to go off for 50 more minutes. Then about half an hour later if went off again for another 15 minutes. Needless to say this did not make for a good nights sleep and the staff refused to offer any sort of compensation or even apologize.”

• They helped find a room for me quickly after a slight problem because I checked in late.
• It took me getting a little angry about already being charged and told my room was given away.

“I really don't think there should have been a charge for parking there was plenty of space. I did find a wonderful breakfast spot on there main street in a small bus strip.”

• Unbelievable freeway noise inside the hotel.

• For the price it was excellent value for price - roomy, plush bed, clean bathroom, good TV reception.
• Skeptical when told that there was no non-smoking room available.

• Got stuck with a smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke.

“The hotel is close to SFO, has a well run shuttle service and a great staff. The rooms are small but very well appointed.”

• Convenience to the airport. Excellent food choices in the restaurant. Helpful staff and very friendly. Did not use the pool but looked inviting.
• Wished there were places or transportation to shops.

• Once we got a hold of upper level guest services, they put us in a non-smoking room on the second day.
• The desk staff was unprofessional, gossiping about us in front of us & changing stories.;

“The rooms are right next to the highway and small. Keep the A/C on all night to keep the noise level down. The hotel has many amenities, but do not expect them to be in working order. This includes computers, vending machines. The front desk staff is rude & gossipy. They will change their stories if you question why they cannot help you. The Guest Services coordinator was very kind once we were able to get a hold of her (we were reluctantly given her phone number after repeatedly demanding a "higher up" and being told there were none). Also, the furnishings in the rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are nice. The people who do not work the desk (bell boy, bartenders, etc.) are all very friendly.”

• Proximity to SFO.
• Business Center and broken public use computer/printer.

“This hotel is close to SFO with comfortable rooms. It is clean. Room service took a long time and did not include all of ordered items when it arrived. The public computers were "out of order" and the business center (which you pay to use) had no printer hooked up to the computer - it was impossible to print a boarding pass. Bad news for a business traveler.”

• Hotel is convenient to the airport. Liked shuttle frequency.
• Noise from the freeway is a bit loud but was air conditioner was able to cover it.

“Very conveniently located next to SFO. Shuttle service between hotel and airport was frequent and friendly.”

• The restaurant was convenient and the staff helpful.

“This is not a hotel I would recommend to leisure travelers. There is nothing cozy or welcoming about this hotel. It is too far from the city to be convenient. If you are flying into/out of San Francisco, this might be a fair place to spend the night.”

• The location is good. With air shuttle to SFO, you can go to anywhere through BART, caltrain, and etc.
• Hotel staffs are not friendly. They somehow don't take responsibilities.

“I don't like to attitude of the staff. In the cafe, they place plates, cups very rudely. They gave me coffee cup without coffee. Knife at the table was not clean. Front desk serve you impolitely as well. I asked to have the room earlier. They didn't have the room ready but promised to have it ready in 1-1.5 hours (cleaning time). Therefore, I change my plan to stay in their cafe instead of leaving my luggage at the lobby for city tour. After 1.5 hrs, it turned out that the room was still not ready and they want me to wait another hour. I was not happy about this since this extra one hour means they had not started cleaning the room.”

• Traffic noise horrible even on 7th floor, terrible staff, parking hassle.

“Staff was unfriendly and the conversations among themselves were more important than helping the customer at the counter. Additional $16/night for self parking and having to get your parking ticket validated at the front desk every time you want to leave is ridiculous. Elevator was not working on two separate occasions throughout my 3 day stay, had to take the outside stairs down 7 stories. Traffic noise is horrible if you are a light sleeper even with earplugs. The road is always busy & Harleys & Semi's will keep you up all night. Last, there was no refrigerator in my room.”

• The hotel was great. It was quiet and cozy.
• I did not like having to use tickets to get in and out of the parking lot like a parking garage.

“Even after we were surprised with 16 dollar parking per night. We were not even in the parking garage we were in the lot. If it were a safety precaution I would think it would be a little better thought out. I do not think we should have had to pay 16 dollars to park in the lot.”

• Easy access from freeway and close to airport.
• Did not like that the only view we had was of the parking lot.

“Staff was not very friendly did not go out of their way to solve issues. View from our room was of the parking lot. Parking rails were not working and we had to find staff to let us out of parking lot. Staff not easily accessible.”

• Room was small, but it worked for me because I was alone. The bed was very comfortable, along with great food through room service.
• Price of the parking, and noise of outside highway.

“It was very conveniently located near the San Francisco airport. Room was very clean and excellent bathroom, but room was very small. Beds were very comfy, and they had was extra items to make your nights sleep restful - example cd, eye mask, etc. The room service was excellent - quick and very appetizing. I was nervous about what hotel I was going to get for my requested price. Only big downfall, parking was $16.00 a night - quite steep for the area.”

• The water pressure in the shower was great.
• The staff was rude and unhelpful.

“Pros: clean sheets; excellent water pressure in the shower; close location to SFO Airport; lots of natural light in the room with windows open; quiet stay Cons: the staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful - they could not provide me with information about local entertainment venues and it took multiple calls and the better part of an hour to get them to bring me some toothpaste; the immense headboard of the bed was loose and would rattle around precariously anytime my husband and I made the slightest move, which disrupted our sleep; parking was $16; entrance to the building and parking lots was somewhat confusing, mostly because they had the porte-cochere and the main hotel entrance blocked off The main problem we had was with the rude staff, which made our stay frustrating and unenjoyable. We would not return for this reason.”
