• Location to my workshop.
• Mold in bathroom, in 2 corners of tub.

“There was mold in the bathtub. Gross. I also did not like being charged for incidentals I did not use. Also, I was told my parking ticket would be validated-this was when I checked in. On checking out, I was charged for parking.”

• No attraction around.

“A little far from downtown, but cheap and clean. Room looks great. The best thing is the frequent free shuttle to and from airport.”

• Friendly and
  clean.
• $16 charge for self parking!

“The front counter staff were nice but kept letting people walk up to the counter disregarding the line formed in front of them. I didn't like the $16 self parking fee. And the restaurant was good but very understaffed.”

• This hotel is in a very safe location, comfortable and has friendly, helpful housekeeping staff.
• BART is expensive, took a while to get into San Francisco. Room doors shut loudly.

“We were in the city for Outside Lands, travel was a little long, we will probably try to stay closer next time. BART was also $8.10 one way to Civic Center,SF.But, this was a very safe hotel. That is why we chose it, we are 3 female friends. It was wonderful to be able to relax, even if just sleeping. Wish the pool had been open later so we could have used it.”

• Quiet.
• Too many extras and no coffee at 5 am for early shuttle to airport.

“I would only recommend this hotel if your business is paying for it, nothing much in the way of amenities that are included, even have to pay extra for TV!”

• Very clean, convenient.
• The staff are generous about their smile.

“We stayed only one night before taking the plane home the next morning. The hotel is clean and comfort, but the room is kind of small. My kids (3 and 7) played in the in-door swimming pool. The pool is small, but the kids still had good time. Good hotel for short stay.”

• There is a park next to the hotel, and it is close to the waterfront.
• Extra fee for parking.

“Overall this was a nice hotel. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was comfortable. It was close to the airport, and next to a park, and a short drive to San Francisco. It is extremely difficult to get to the hotel from 101 southbound. There is an additional fee to park at the hotel.”

• Very clean and very nicely decorated.
• The pool was freezing cold and we couldn't swim. Also, would have liked more options for food.

“If you plan to sleep, this is not the hotel for you. The rooms are very loud due to outdated windows and proximity to freeway. Also, these are among the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in.”

• the staff was superb! The room was excellent.
• Paying 16.00 for overnight parking.

“The staff was superb. Everything was done with a smile and with our best interests in mind. We were given a room in the executive part of the hotel. The internet connection was very fast and easily accessible. The restaurant had a good variety of foods to choose from. The quality and service was excellent. The only negative is that they charged 16.00 for parking which I don't expect for a hotel that is not in a major downtown area. The hotel even provided earplugs for those that wanted them as there is a little freeway noise depending on what room you are in. I would not hesitate to stay there again.”

• Hot tub, indoor pool. Nice hotel.
• No continental breakfast.

“The hotel was nice and worth the money, but I was very disappointed that there was no continental breakfast. Even Best Western has one. I would stay here again.”

• Lobby and dining were clean, attractive and very nice.
• Cleanliness of pool/hot tub, friendliness of staff, small plain rooms.

“The lobby and public areas are all very nice. The rooms are a bit small and plain, but still nice. The staff was all somewhat rude because they were too busy at the moment to help and wanted us to call back tomorrow. The pool and hot tub were extremely dirty. The biggest problem we had was that at one o'clock in the morning the fire alarm went on. We called the front desk and they said it was a false alarm and not to leave the building, but the alarm continued to go off for 50 more minutes. Then about half an hour later if went off again for another 15 minutes. Needless to say this did not make for a good nights sleep and the staff refused to offer any sort of compensation or even apologize.”
