• Close to home for local getaway.
• The hallway was way too long to walk to elevator from room.

“Very nice. Only downside is the hotel design-- rooms are along the 4 walls of the square hotel with atrium in the middle. The walk from the elevator to the room was way too long to make it convenient to hop downstairs to check out other services.”

• The shuttle to the airport was very good.
• The beds were too firm and parking was expensive.

“Hotel was good, reasonable Internet. I wish they included parking and breakfast but they don't. Beds were very firm. We requested for a king room but got only 2 queens. They wanted more money for the view.”

• The shuttle goes to airport every 10 minutes.
• The bed would have been more comfortable if it was a king like we wanted.

“Great location, gorgeous lobby and restaurant. The room had everything you would want except a king size bed which they did not have available. There was a fitness center which is important to me. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent and great schedule. The front desk check in was easy and fast.”

• It was clean, quiet, had an empty fridge for our use.

• Location.
• Bed type sold out.

“Overall, I think this hotel was pretty good. As for their star rating I would say it is close to four star, but that might be pushing it a little. The bed type I reserved was sold out so I had to sleep in a double; their beds were super along with some of their cleaning practices. There were 3 used wine bottles under the sink in my bathroom that were not thrown away. I wonder what other cleaning measures were also skipped in my room. Also, the TV was an old jumbo tube type! Not a big deal, but it should have been more modern/flat panel in a 4 star property.”

• Large rooms (a plus traveling w/kids) & free airport shuttle, other plus, free airline check-in computer in the lobby to print boarding pass.

“Hyatt Regency Airport SFO hotel was a great hotel for me and my family of 4. The kids loved the outdoor pool on the hot days and there was a great restaurant (Elephant Bar) down the street that fairly inexpensive. Overall, I would stay here again but you definitely would need a car if you plan to do sightseeing. But if you just plan to go to downtown SFO you can take the BART.”

• I'm not a big fan of atrium's in large hotels.

• It's public spaces were attractive and friendly while the rooms were clean and comfortable.
• Parking was charged separately which is unusual for hotels south of the airport.

“The hotel is clean and professional. The look of the hotel is modern and functional and it has all of the facilities one would expect from a high quality hotel.”

• Location great, view central of hotel, clean, upscale.
• Parking handicap full if large convention.

“Upscale hotel was great. Parking less expensive than staying in san fransisco. Hotel friendly. Loved the white blanket and room updates. Rooms need a little more drawer space, if more than 3 people,but we survived.”
