• Convenient location to freeway and businesses.
• The front door did not have an automatic opener, needed for elderly, disabled and travelers with their hands full of luggage!

“The hotel security was good as the front was the only entry. The staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated having breakfast in the lobby. We sought a hotel with a microwave and refrigerator due to our dietary needs, and this one did.”

• Close to freeway, spacious room.
• Loosing the charmer a little due to improvised repairs.

“For an overnight break when driving up north or south, good. Nothing fancy, simple and useful. Breakfast was okay (microwave eggs a little surprising, but good). Redding itself was disappointing.”

• The kids liked the pool.
• Surrounding, breakfast area.

“We found a clean room to stay with the whole family. The breakfast area was too small for the hotel and you had to clean your table before sitting down yourself. The surroundings were not very nice, but as we needed to go on with traveling to the National Park the Highway was close. It was Memorial Day Weekend so we extended one day and went back and forth because we were not sure to find another place. One person at the desk was very friendly, the other one not at all. Our Kids liked the pool very much for a short water-action.”

• Free breakfast.
• No comforter on bed, pool area tiny and dirty, musty room smell.

“I was very disappointed in this hotel. I thought that for the price it would at least have a comforter and bed skirt on the bed. The pool was very small and dirty. The night staff was friendly but the day staff seemed very uninterested in customer service. I would not want to stay here again.”

“Nice staff, good classic continental breakfast. Comfortable bed but the air system was loud. Interior lighting could have been better but overall it was a pleasant stay.”

• Desk staff was very helpful.
• Elevator and halls smelled.

“If this hotel would invest just a little money in nice bedspreads, shower curtains, etc. it would make a big difference. I didn't want to stay in the room. Not at all inviting.”

• ADA room was excellent for a wheelchair user.
• Breakfast should go until 10 a.m.

“As a wheelchair user I found this hotel to be very accessible and user friendly.”

• The shower worked wonderfully!
• The carpet was thoroughly stained.

“For a 2-star hotel, the Ramada Limited did the job it was supposed to, which was to keep me reasonably comfortable for one evening. The bed, though, wasn't very comfortable and the batteries didn't even work in the remote for the television. The carpet was in pretty bad shape as well, but overall it did the job. I might stay at this hotel again if I need to travel to Redding again for business, but most likely I'll try something else.”

• Hard to find off highway.
