• Amazing, bird's eye view of airplane's landings at the airport.
• It was perfect.

“The hotel was user friendly, the room service was wonderful, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud full of feathers, great atmosphere, great conference. An enjoyable mini vacation and restful time.”

• Friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Fabulous view.

“I wasn't expecting much from an airport hotel, but was pleasantly surprised. The views were beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and this had to be the friendliest staff ever. Everyone I passed acknowledged us and was helpful.”

• Parking fee.

“Would stay here again and again. Great staff from the parking attendants to the room service. We knew about the parking fee before we got there but be aware it is 18.00. And starbucks only open till 12 noon. It is a very nice place to stay. Clean inside and out.”

• Rude staff, old room--not updated, not free internet or parking.

“It is ridiculous to have to pay for parking at this star-level hotel when land space is not an issue (i.e., not downtown). To charge $13.95 per day for wireless internet in this day and age is somewhat ridiculous--Motel 6 doesn't charge for internet service! The room was old and musky; shower was moldy and no hot water. Would not stay here again. Certainly not a 3-star hotel.”

• The room was very clean.

“The king size bed was like the letter U. It sagged badly in the middle. And it was lumpy. The windows were dirty. The location is great. The staff are courteous. The room was set up nicely.”

• The friendliness, cleanliness, and the view over the bay. That was spectacular also the shuttles were so great.
• The cost of the salad was very high, the water in the room should have been free, $4.00 not good.

“The overall hotel was very nice. Like I said the shuttle was great I was glad it was there because I did not have a car and it took me to a place were I could catch the Bart and I was able to get back to the hotel by the shuttle. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the view of the bay and the airport were excellent. Yes, I would like to return to the Marriott if ever need too.”
