• Clean, comfortable, good condition, fast internet connection.

“We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The gym room was excellent. The web connection very fast. Very good coffee was served in the lobby. The continental breakfast looked good. The staff was friendly however we were a little surprised that the management allowed a noisy drinking party out on the parking lot until midnight on August 30th, 2009. We were happy when it broke up. All in all, this is a very good place to stay. We will certainly stay there again.”

• Close to conference I was attending.
• Tattered rooms, poor assistance with directions, by phone and at the desk. Non-smoking room had scent of a 'masking' spray.

“The ads do not fit the hotel. Table surfaces, and phone book were sticky to the touch; cigarette burned counter & bedspread, long overdue for replacement. Unit needs deep cleaning! Another woman traveling alone was wakened at 2am by smoke alarms in her room--after a half hour, it was turned off--as faulty! Price was right, but prefers cleanliness!”

• I appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

“The hotel was unpretentious, and was very suitable for a short stay for a traveller. I am likely to stay here again. Dont expect much more than a place to sleep. For that it was perfectly suitable.”

• I was convenient to downtown Tacoma.
• I was a no-smoking room that smelled like it didn't used to be.

“Though nothing to look at in an industrial section of the area, the hotel's access to the freeway and convenient access to downtown Tacoma make it a practical choice.”

• Nice room with a fridge and microwave

“The motel was nice and clean. It is out of the way, but close to I-5. The motel is used frequently by Navy personel who were always friendly and respectful toward other guests and staff. I would have no objections about taking my family to this motel or recomending it to friends.”
