• The friendly service from the 1st shift front desk worker.
• The mildew and mold smell in the room.

• Most comfortable beds ever! Easy walk to BART, Caltrain, coffee shop & grocery store.
• Could use more counter space in bathroom.

• Clean, inexpensive, handy to airport with shuttle.
• We arrived late and left early, so it was perfect and clean but it would have been cramped if we wanted to spend any time t here.

“If you just wanted a place to lay your head and get to the airport, this was a perfect, economical solution. Very clean.”

• When you closed the curtains the place was completely dark.
• The room smelled of cleaning supply. I had a late night check in and awoke abruptly to what sounded like someone hammering on my headboard.

“This was an okay place to stay for one night.”
