• Was very close to the dock where we were diving. It was clean, comfortable.
• Forgot to do my wake up call, no continental breakfast.

• The exterior.
• The rates, the front desk closing.

“Our experience was bad. Shortly after arriving we found that there were rats living in the box springs. We left the room to get our luggage and came back to rat droppings on the bed. The front desk closed early, right after we checked in apparently. So there was no one to help us. We were not able to use our room.”

• Shabbiness.

“The room was clean, but overall the hotel has a shabby feel to it. Conversations in neighboring rooms were audible through the walls. The hotel staff seemed friendly, but disinterested.”

• Very clean and many things to help, like coffee pots!
• The water needs filtered, it smelled like pool water :( the bottled water was expensive :( No pool or hot tub to relax in. :(.

“Very friendly people, VERY clean! :) The only draw back was people cooking their foods and the hallway smelled like 50 ethnic restaurants of 50 cultures! It filled the halls and made it kind of nasty, but otherwise great!”

• Location, full-sized fridge/sink/stovetop.
• Cleanliness.

“This was my second stay in an Extended Stay in the Tacoma area, the first one being in Federal Way. The rooms, although small, were nice. I liked the fact that there were full-sized refrigerators, a stovetop and great storage. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms. Dirty sinks. A dozen or so hairs in the tubs, and a chair with large spots of mysterious dried white liquid on the back of the chair. The rest of the room was very clean, and I would stay there again. I would just ignore the dirty elements, unless it really bothered me (I'm not that picky, but multiple hairs in the tub is pretty nasty).”
