• The staff was very friendly.
• That it didn't have a pool/hot tub.

• The staff was friendly.
• Shabby. I almost checked out, but was too exhausted to leave so just endured it.

“This is a perfect hotel for truck drivers, but not for business travelers. The room was so sparse and plain. Hair on the bathroom floor from previous occupant. So cheap, the bathroom had no fan. Smoke detector in the room was hanging from the ceiling where someone had obviously tampered with it. Cigarette burns in the cheap lounge chair testified to the fact that this no smoking room was indeed smoking at one point. Uncomfortable rayon blanket. Television was tiny. Everything in the hotel locked up like Fort Knox -- even getting to the ice machine required a separate key and the front desk was barricaded until 8 AM making check out impossible.”

• Was very close to the dock where we were diving. It was clean, comfortable.
• Forgot to do my wake up call, no continental breakfast.

“It was great. very clean and comfortable. everything we expected, and maybe slightly more for a 2 star hotel. We were pleased.”

• I did not like the do it yourself laundry facility.

• The exterior.
• The rates, the front desk closing.

“Our experience was bad. Shortly after arriving we found that there were rats living in the box springs. We left the room to get our luggage and came back to rat droppings on the bed. The front desk closed early, right after we checked in apparently. So there was no one to help us. We were not able to use our room.”

• No fan in bathroom, steamy mirror.
