“I had a pleasant stay, in a comfortable room. Upon arriving a memo on the counter explaining the pool's closure for several weeks of maintenance was the only alert.”

“My friend & I, holiday shoppers, had a great experience. Gorgeous room (we loved the linens & mattresses), sweeping view, lobby pretty & the staff friendly & helpful. A nice staff member happily took a picture of us with all our bags & boxes. The funny concierge found us a nice dinner restaurant in an area safe for us school ladies on the loose in the big city. We'd go back to Courtyard Marriott in a second.”

“Called room service for dinner however room service never arrive. The bellhop gentleman was extremely rude showing a lack of manners.”

“We arrived at the hotel early at 1 P.M. and were surprised they let us check in early as our room was ready. However the staff appeared distant and not happy to see us. The room was quiet and clean but no view. Starbucks was a nice surprise. At check out we were charged for a long distance call we did not make but it was resolved. Again the staff acted superior and did not thank us for staying with them.”

“Hotel more than expected for 3 stars. Maybe its not a 4 star but it is a nice 3 star. Not too far from Union Square, very clean and the staff was great.”

“Great location for business travelers and family vacation. Close to public transit, and lots of attractions for adults within walking distance. China Town, shops, restaurants all within 1/2 - 1 mile radius of hotel. No kid friendly attractions near the hotel; but take the short ride on a cable train to Fisherman's Wharf for lots of fun for the kids.”

“I would recommend this hotel and it's location to anyone traveling to San Francisco! The Hyatt does a first class job in training employees and they collectively make you feel like you are a pleasure to serve. Really makes you feel special. We will go back again and again!”

“Hotel was nice, met expectations. Flat screen Plasma TV was nice, but the cable out put was not Hi-def (pretty grainy). Good location for SF especially if going to any Giants games, only a few blocks away from stadium. Parking was $43 per/night, hotel valet which is pretty much your best deal without spending time searching and having to walk.”

“The room that I was given was large and included a 40 inch flat panel LCD which I found to be very helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, the hotel was safe and if you did not have a key, you could not get in the front door.”

“The hotel's amenities were good - good restaurants, starbucks in the lobby, nice pool (although way too much chlorine used.) The location might be good for business travelers, but was terrible for families as the public transportation was simply too far away to be helpful.”
