“The guy taking orders for room service messes up a lot, so talk slowly so he gets everything right, otherwise the room was very nice, and the hot lobby is very nice. Very nice hotel at a nice price.”

“Okay for business travelers. Rooms very small and plain. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom as expected for this class of hotel. Breakfast buffet seams overpriced ($10.95).”

“Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco Airport North in South San Francisco, CA. The front desk and house keeping staff was horrible! The rooms were not that great. We checked in late evening and requested a late check out for the next morning. Normal check out time was noon and would only honor 12:30 in the afternoon as a late check out. I kid you not; they started calling us at 11:30am every 10 minutes reminding us that we had to be out no later than 12:30. At 12:15pm we received a knock on the door from house asking us to check out. Keep in mind most hotels give you until 2pm for a late check out and do not bother you in the mean time. I will never stay at this hotel again and will be sure to warn my friends and fellow co-workers.”

“The Hyatt Regency Embarcadero is centrally located, in a great spot to get most anywhere in the city. There are problems getting cabs on weekend nights. The rooms are nice but rather sterile, no charm. The bathtub could have been a little larger given the upscale nature of the hotel. Very clean. My main issue was the concierge. We had a limited lunch break from our convention class, and asked him to recommend a nearby restaurant as we had time constraints. He sent us to the ferry building. The place was a market place and a zoo on a Saturday. We located the restaurants after some searching through the crowds. Each one had long lines, and it was clear we would not be able to be seated and eat before we had to return to the hotel. We left hungry and irritated. I contacted the hotel staff, and complained. They said they would make a note of it, but did nothing to make up for the error.”

“This hotel was very convenient and moderately priced. It met every expectation and we had no complaints. It is located within 10 minutes of the airport and BART station with free transportation to both. They have a nice breakfast buffet for only $10 and the wait staff is unbeatable for the money. They even allowed us to take food up to the room for later. They have free internet although my laptop was not working. I highly recommend this hotel for business and leisure travelers.”

“I was Looking for a hotel to stay at overnight in the San Francisco area. Parking, safety and proximity to the ball park were my main concerns. This hotel met those requirements hands down. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel itself was very well kept. It is impressive when you walk through the sliding glass doors. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.”

“One thing that was great was the indoor swimming pool! When room service was called, they were quick and efficient. The best thing was the staff. You couldn't find a staff that was more courteous, helpful, timely, concerned about our welfare and how we liked the accommodations. The Hilton has the best personal available. I plan to revisit San Francisco again and again and I plan to stay with these extraordinary people.”
