• Very clean no stinky smell inside the room. I like the beddings. Very soft.
• Bath tub is slippery. My brother slipped and hit his bottom and his arm. Reported the incident to Supervisor.

• The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Friendly, courteous, respectful. Bravo!
• The beds could have been larger and there is no interest access in the rooms.

“One thing that was great was the indoor swimming pool! When room service was called, they were quick and efficient. The best thing was the staff. You couldn't find a staff that was more courteous, helpful, timely, concerned about our welfare and how we liked the accommodations. The Hilton has the best personal available. I plan to revisit San Francisco again and again and I plan to stay with these extraordinary people.”

• Helpful, courteous staff, clean convenient hotel.
• There was nothing that I didn't like.

“I spent two weeks here, and was made welcome the entire visit. Meals and service were surprisingly good! Very attentive housekeeping. This is much better than the 2 1/2 star rating.”

• Comfortable beds clean, friendly.
• You have to transport your own luggage, that's the only thing wrong with this hotel.

“My stay was great! Have great amenities for a 2.5 star hotel. Comfortable beds and great staff. I loved the macadamia nut cookies at check in, yummy.”

• It was a great hotel, comfortable and well appointed for its star level.
• No views of anything but the industrial park and terrible in room coffee.

“This is great place to stay for business or leisure. The wireless broadband is free throughout so is the parking and both are ample. The king size bed and matching pillows are extremely comfortable and the linens are good quality.”

“The Hilton Garden Inn is a clean, beautifully appointed, and peaceful haven for weary travelers. The staff provides excellent customer service and looks for opportunities to be helpful. We did not eat at the restaurant but the food looked wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay near the San Francisco airport.”

• It has all the conveniences in the hotel, free internet connection in the room, full service restaurant, and a business office.
• The location, it is hard to find the first two days.

• Very relax environment and cozy.
• Everything is fine but I paid a bit more than usual. I am a regular customer and I have gotten a 3 or more star from the prize that I had paid here.

• Our plane arrived early in the day and early check-in was no problem at all.
• In the description it stated that the hotel had bay views from some rooms, when I asked about this they said there were no bay views.

“The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I were here for business, but for vacation I would choose something closer to all of the attractions.”

• It was very clean and quiet.
• The airport was quite far out of the city.

“We really liked the Hilton Garden Inn. However, we just had a small problem getting there. They shut their shuttle services down at midnight so you have to make sure you are out of the city by 11 so you will make the last shuttle because it takes an hour to get there from BART. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.”

• wonderful setup and clean rooms
• manager was very rude, she should be fired !!!!!!

“I love the location and the price for the hotel, the manager turned me away after I had arrived very late, which I explained that I have been driving for over 10 hours. She was very rude about giving me the room even though I had already paid for it.”
