• I liked the restaurant and the pool and whirl pool.
• We could hear every thing the people in the next room were saying.

our experience except for the fact that we could hear every thing the people next to us were saying and doing. The restaurant was a pleasant suprise.”

• The professional and friendly clerks, the night clerk was excellent.
• The shuttle service was not dedicated to this hotel.

“The suite was very excellent although I would have liked to use a real coffee cup and utensils. I ordered a late night delivery meal on the recommendation of the night clerk and it was as good as his word. Dishes would have been nice. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to my friends and family.”

• Liked the kitchen, bed, Bath Layout.
• No coffee in room.

“The bed was not as comfortable as I have had before but I did like the Kitchen, Bedroom, bath lay out.”

• Friendly Staff. Quiet.
• Not much of a selection in hotel pantry/ gift shop. Had to change rooms due to broken shower.

“Over all we had a pleasant stay. The hotel satisfied our need for a clean comfortable place to stay. Very nice staff.”

• The first room smelled badly and we got a new one no problem at all.
• The first room smelled.

“We liked that it had a pool and exercise room and the hot tub was indoors. That was really nice. Also the garage parking was nice to have and very convenient.”

• Nice kitchenette.
• The area was a little noisy.

“Room had kitchenette with full size range/stove, dishwasher, microwave, and small refrigerator. Room was fairly large and bed was comfortable. Delivery trucks/road noise woke me around 7 am. There was an outdoor pool and also a nice enclosed exercise facility.”

• The room was nice.
• The hotel shuttle service to and from the airport was awful.

“I booked this hotel because it offered shuttle service to and from the airport. We waited 1 1/2 hours in the cold, calling the hotel three times for their shuttle. We finally called a cab. The hotel would not refund our cab fare. I will never stay at this hotel again. Due to false advertisement.”

• Open 24 hours, easy to find.
• Coffee maker in room only had supplies for one person!

“Great value for money, close to airport (shuttle provided) Comfortable, queen-sized beds and our room had spacious kitchen with large fridge, a range and microwave, etc, convenient for families or for longer stays. Pretty courtyard area and nice outdoor pool. Free parking for hotel guests.”

• Location near LAX, nice kitchen.
• No wireless in room only in lobby, pool not heated, spa not usable.

“Good for passing through only, not good for extended stay despite kitchen because of the lack of in room wireless, and too cold pool!”

• It was very clean in a generally good location.
• The pictures were a bit deceiving, it's a little outdated in the looks department.

“In general it was a good hotel, a little outdated and we had some trouble with the water temperature staying consistent in the shower. We felt that we got what we paid for.”<
