• Close to freeway, and to restaurants.
• Not enough parking, not adequate space.

“Over the entire hotel was comfortable, the sink in the bathroom was "odd/awkward". The cleaning staff.”

• Not a single thing.
• Everything (hotel staff, room accommodations, location).

“My girlfriend and I were greatly disappointed with this hotel. Upon check in, the hotel staff was not friendly. We then proceeded to our room, where I discovered that the door to our room did not close completely and it appeared as if someone broke into the room. We did not even feel safe leaving our luggage in the room. In addition, there was some weird graffiti on the bathroom door.”

• Near airport, fairly quiet even though it was on a main street, easy to find.
• Ongoing construction; lock was broken.

“Hotel was basic but clean; could use some work. Manager was friendly and helpful. My room had a good refrigerator and microwave. 10 min from the airport via free shuttle. There is not much within walking distance. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay and nothing else, this is it.”

• Nothing.
• Everything, if I didn't have flight delays that kept me from arriving at a decent hour, I would have gone to another hotel.

“I would give this hotel 1/2 a star. It would be good for the local hookers and their johns. I'm surprised that I didn't see any roaches. I'm sure they are there, but I didn't see any. Thank fully!”

• Being near an airport, it was quieter than expected.
• New owners seem to be renovating to improve the appearance.

“This would be a convenient stop for travelers on business, close to the airport and not far from the main street with lots of dining and conveniences. New owners were in the process of renovating the office/breakfast area and the rooms. Our room had some work completed, but you could see they have a few more things to complete. The people were extremely friendly and courteous.”

• Convenient to airport w/ inexpensive long term parking.
• Very uncomfortable bed, no shuttle service from airport after midnight.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds were so uncomfortable with sheets so rough we called them the back-scratches and pillows so thin I'm not sure why the staff bothers to put them in the room. I did park my car there for only $5 a day during my trip but the staff neglected to tell me there was no shuttle service after midnight, very inconvenient.”

• It had a bed.
• Person running it was rude, and completely unhelpful.

“Terrible. Room was ok. Don't bother asking for anything from the front desk because you won't get it. We had a coffee maker in the room but no coffee pot. I tried to get one for 3 days. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.”

• The room was not so nice.

“The rooms desperately need to be renovated. I don't think my towels were clean and there was a weird plastic like blanket on the bed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

• Burnt out light bulb, dripping faucet in bathroom, hair on bathroom floor, bare wires hanging from ceiling, ice machine not working.

“Somewhat run down. I would not stay at this hotel again.”

• No lobby, crummy breakfast, outside room entrances security risk?

• The manager brought more pillows when asked.
• Meager linen and bath supplies. No iron in the room.

“It is on a busy street, which makes it convenient. However, it is noisy and since it is near the SF airport, there are low-flying planes.”

• Location was convenient to Kaiser Medical Offices. Microwave and refer in room. Good pillow top mattress.
• Room had dirty carpet smell. Air conditioner did not function. Only one thin bath towel. Front desk not responsive.

“Marginally adequate for one night stand - sleep, shower, and move on.”

• Easy and fast access to the airport.
• The man in the lobby asked us to give him a tip when we checked out.

“Overall it was a nice hotel, clean and neat. Perfect for what I needed it for. Mainly a place to sleep while getting business done.”

• The rooms are a good size, they are big.
• Overall the service was crap.

“For the price you pay I would expect better service however there were no towels or toilet paper. Also the refrigerator and microwave were not plugged in so we had to wait for the refrigerator to get cold. The hotel manager asked me to pay an extra ten dollars per day for my friend¿s car even though he never mentioned it. They asked what time we wanted our sheets changed, we said 2pm, and they were never changed. We later found out the lady only comes once a day in the morning so if you do not leave your room at that time, your room won't get cleaned. The complementary breakfast let me just say, once you see it you won't go back for it. With all of that he asked for a tip.”

• Close to airport, a bit noisy, but that's expected.
