• Near airport and highway.
• Accommodations were very shabby, bath room was not handicap accessible, this hotel had a lot of transient customers who rent by month.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There were other hotels in the area that were in nicer looking condition. The room was not comfortable. I was very nervous staying there with my children due to the poor condition of the rooms and the other guests living in the rooms near my room. I did not feel safe.”

• Location, price.
• The wake-up call didn't work, electrical appliances didn't work in the first room and the TV didn't work in the second. I had a back-up wake-up.

“If you need rock-bottom price, it's ok, but don't expect a lot. It is close and has an easy airport shuttle. Just bring your own alarm clock and don't expect everything to work.”

• It is right off the freeway and easy to find.
• Was not that clean or appealing to the eye.

“For the most part it was ok. The rooms were not that clean and looked very old. When we called to get double beds we were charged extra. By the way the rooms looked I would think they would just give you the double beds in hope that someone would come back again. I know we will not stay there again.”

• The location was perfect for my trip needs, and the price helped with my limited income.
• My only complaint was that the room cleaners ignored the privacy notice, I placed on the door and entered anyway.

• Was quieter than I expected.
• Bed was too hard and room didn't feel safe.

“Shuttle service from airport was terrible. Took much too long to arrive. Service to airport next morning was fine. Had to walk a long way to room the night I've arrived. Didn't feel safe at all. Lucky I had food with me as it would have been risky to walk to restaurant at that time. Walls had holes in plaster. Bed was too hard. Phone was out of order. I would not return.”

• The room smelled moldy and there was a wet floor. Also plaster missing all over bathroom.

“This room was the worst room I have ever stayed in. The staff wouldn't get us a different room for three days and I couldn't even get $2.00 change in quarters.”

• I did not feel that my vehicle was secure.

“Good cheap place to sleep until next flight if you don't need to conduct any business. 24 hour restaurant directly next door. Not good for more than one night.”

• Inexpensive rate.
• I had to change rooms due to very mildew order. Few TV channels, 17"TV, poor reception.

“Ok for an economy motel, ready for remodeling.”

• Close to airport.
• Very late and sporadic airport transportation.

“This hotel is a dump. It should be demolished and start over. It hasn't many upgrades or refurbishments since the 1940's or 1950's when it was first built. The hotel is noisy, poorly laid out, with marginal furnishings in each room. The bathroom was dingy and not as clean as I would like.”

• Very convenient to SFO.
• Staff not particularly helpful.

“I'd stay here on a late night, leaving town the next morning trip. There was not even coffee in the lobby. Restaurant next door though.”

• It was close to the air port.
• The air conditioner was broke and it was 90 degree's in our room the whole time!

“When we called the front desk they acted as though they knew the air conditioner was broke!”

• Good location, generally clean and convenient.
• Lack internet connection in room. specific TV channel was down and problem not rectified the day I left which is at least 3 days.

“Hotel location is convenient for business traveler like me, near airport and places to eat. But it's not business traveler friendly as room do not have internet connections.”

• manager was very unfriendly and was not helpful at all

“The hotel is located quite far away from most places, and the best way to travel to the rest of San Francisco is by going back to the airport to take other means of transportation. The hotel staff (especially Lito) is very unfriendly and shows a bad attitude when you do not want to join some of his tours. He is extremely unhelpful and belittle's the customer.”

• The blankets were soft.
• Rug was dirty. When trying to sleep, sometimes I would be woken up by passing airplanes or noise of water running in the adjacent rooms.

“For a one star hotel, it was ok. I had stayed in other hotels in the same block, and the others were not as noisy as this last one. Between other hotels and this one, I would not recommend this one to anybody I know.”

• Personnel; that work there are great
• Rooms are dark & feel unclean-noise in parking lots- on highway so more noise

“I have to get over the noise level. Most of the hotels close to SFO are on freeway- price is what I asked for- I just do not feel safe in this hotel- I will up my price.”
