• Location.
• Staff / front desk does not answer the telephone!

“1st room that was assigned to us upon entering was completely flooded, 1st floor, building 6! Upon returning to front desk they appeared to have know about the flooding, but issued us the room anyway! They reassigned us to another room in building 7! They provided us with no apologies or explanation, just that the Manager had been notified, from what I could tell this is a common problem at this Travelodge. Will never stay at this place or with this Hotel Chain again!”

• Cleanliness, friendliness, security, appearance, inconsistency at front desk, everything.

“It's a decent distance to the downtown SF if you have a car(15~20 minutes). The room is clean and quiet. There's Gas Station and IHOP right next to it.”

• Exposed rust screw from floor, mildew in bathroom, outside noise loud, and the bed mad my skin itch the entire night.

“When I first went into room, there were exposed rusty screws on the floor at the entrance of the bathroom, mildew in the bathroom, the noise outside was unbearable, and the bed made my skin itch all night.”

• The price.
• They have only 5 channels on the TV, poor quality.

• For the price it is what I expected, it was clean.
• One of the staff couldn't tell me directions on how to get to San Francisco area.

“It was clean not beautiful but the price was reasonable and gave me much more to spend on my trip in other areas of my trip. I would stay again.”

• Some of the appliances were not working. The toilet was not sturdy and moved around.

• I like to location, we were pretty close to Pier 39 and the San Fran Zoo.
• The beds were not comfortable and the bathroom was little and needed repairs.

“My family and I were in the San Francisco area for a short amount of time. The location of the hotel very close to the places we wanted to visit. The freeway was very easy to get to. I was disappointed in the actual room we stayed in. Don't expect too much.”

• The room is cozy and there is a pool.
• There was no refrigerator in room which you wouldn't think would matter until you bring back leftovers or want something cold to drink.

“The hotel has free shuttle to the airport where you can get on the BART and go downtown without taking your car which is really great because you don't have to worry about traffic or finding parking. There is a pizza restaurant that delivers to the hotel and the food is excellent, unfortunately there's nowhere cold to put the leftovers.”

• I didn't like how it's kind of ugly.

“It's very near the airport, with very easy access to freeways to get to San Francisco, or other nearby cities. I would say location is it's best asset.”

• They did not fix the bathroom door even after complaining that it was not working.

• Good location good bed, nice big shower not a tub.
• There were gun shots fired in the parking lot around 0412.

“No complaints except for the gun shots in the parking lot at 0412 in the morning.”

• Close to the airport.
• No business center.

“Great location, with an upgraded 1950's nostalgic layout. Room was clean and furniture was good. The king size bed was comfortable. It is extremely close to the airport but ironically there is no airport noise. The chain restaurant on the premises is excellent for breakfast and the free airport shuttle will keep me coming back.”

• IHOP connected for breakfast - free wireless internet provided.
• Bathroom fan initially didn't sound, then very noisy. AC had loud rattle when running.

“Decent short term stay for travelers/sleepers. Proximity to Airport and Freeway but no close shopping otherwise (Industrial area).”

• Near airport and highway.
• Accommodations were very shabby, bath room was not handicap accessible, this hotel had a lot of transient customers who rent by month.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There were other hotels in the area that were in nicer looking condition. The room was not comfortable. I was very nervous staying there with my children due to the poor condition of the rooms and the other guests living in the rooms near my room. I did not feel safe.”

• I felt safe and not scared to leave at night.
• The outside needed a bit of work and the staff was not friendly.

“Overall, I would stay here again. It was a nice bed to sleep in and just relax from a long day of sight seeing. Definitely would recommend to short trip travelers or people who just need a place to stay.”

• It was very cozy just a little small but everything was cleaned they even had a good selection of food.
• It was just a little smaller than I had expected the room to be.

“This hotel was very cozy. I never felt cold in the room it had very good speculation. I was happy that I could not hear anyone in the other rooms that part I like a lot.”
