“I don't believe that this should be a 3 star hotel, when a regular Marriott Courtyard is a 3 star and I have been satisfied with. I am not expecting luxury as we are only looking for a 1 night pre-flight stay but really disappointed.”

“Nice down stairs. However hall and room upstairs smell of smoke. No hot water in the morning. After issues of lound noise and music around 2 to 3 am, no sleep was had for 2 nights. Staff came up and asked them to lower the noise the first night. However the 2nd night, after being told they would ask them to leave, staff would not answer to desk phone to deal with the issue.”

“Front desk small and hectic for a hotel this size. The elevators were borderline scary: slow and not enough of them. Metal surfaces were painted rather unattractively. On the plus side: everything was clean.”

“Bathroom clean but dated, the rest of the room was nice, and clean. The bed was comfortable, though my preference for pillows include something other than what was offered by the hotel.”

“Not much to say since
I only stayed one night and couldn't check in when
I arrived at noon.
So
I left to go see the city and didn't get back to check in until 3am, so
I don't really have a lot to say about the hotel except
I did get a good night's sleep.”

“This was an older Holiday Inn that has not been updated. Everything in rooms seemed a little worn out. The restaurant was mediocre at best. We had to wait several hours for a room key because the machine was broken. It was not horrible but I expect more from Holiday Inn.”

“This hotel did not represent a 3 star hotel. Hotel room was not very clean. My husband and I woke up itching everywhere. The second night as we were going to bed we could not sleep because we were itching so bad just to realize that the bites we had were from bed bug bites. I am now paranoid thinking I may have brought them home. The management did switch our room which was good or we would not have been able to sleep the few hours we did as all we could think about was, are there bed bugs on this bed too?”

“Great hotel to stay at if you arrive late into SFO Airport. Very close, easy 5-10 minute cab ride. Comfy bed, toiletries were nice since we didn't bring any with us (carry on luggage only).”

“Staff made the experience tolerable. Room service very prompt. Furnishings need replaced (worn chairs, blankets, terrible pillows). The restaurant (Houlihan's) was very disappointing. Their menu was not in the least be relevant to the San Francisco food scene. Couldn't order dungeons crab (a specialty in the area) but could order Atlantic salmon?”

“This hotel is great for travelers. It is close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. The staff is helpful and friendly. I don't think this is s 3 star hotel, more like 2 or 2.5 due to its age and apparent previous smoking in the building.”
