• Great price for the hotel.
• The tub was dirty and stained.

“I did like the hotel. The only problem I had was the tub. It was stained and I really didn't want my two year old to shower in it. It had a big ring of dirt.”

• Proximity to San Francisco airport.
• My non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke.

“This was a terrible place. I love Priceline and use it often so it is not their fault. I selected this La Quinta because I have stayed in them before and they were very nice. This one was dirty, the keys didn't work, the food was bad and it smelled of cigarette smoke.”

• The room was clean and completely comfortable & the staff was beyond helpful & warm upon welcome. Perfect hotel experience & very close to SFO.

“The rooms were clean, comfortable, affordable & came with coffee/decaf coffee in your own room as well as soap/shampoo/conditioner. Complimentary breakfast includes self made waffles & eggs, fresh fruit and orange juice. The management and staff was very welcoming, polite, and helpful. We were unfamiliar with the area and the staff/manager supplied great directions as well as recommendations. I recommend this hotel with full confidence.”

• Had shuttle to public transportation and staff was helpful with finding tourist areas.
• There was a transient stuffing the free breakfast into a bag for over a half an hour.

“Hotel was great for what we needed, clean, close with connections to public transit. Did not like that the buildings were separated by train tracks, did not feel super super safe at night. It was not convenient to use the fitness facility for this reason.”

• Good location, close to the freeway, good breakfast.
• Rooms dirty. Outside doors rarely worked.

“The hotel is close to the freeway, 10 minutes from Downtown. Morning breakfast was nice with more than expected items. Friendly staff. Rooms are not that great and not cleaned very well. OLD bathrooms need to be updated. OK to just sleep and shower.”

• Please fix the leaks in the ceiling of the bathroom.
• The staff was rude from when we first showed up. The staff was not very helpful in resolving the leak in the bathroom.

“Plan on eating breakfast somewhere else besides the hotel, it was not very good and not much selection.”

• It was clean.
• It was surrounded by the freeway, train tracks and a truck warehouse and there was very limited parking.

“The hotel was clean and the people at the desk were initially pleasant. However, there were mix ups with my brother's room because they gave them one bed for 3 people and my room was next to a truck warehouse which was loud. They promised to change both rooms several times and did not. When they finally did change the rooms 3 days later, one was near the gym and all night laundry room and the other was right on top of train tracks. The hotel is surrounded by the freeway, the train tracks and a warehouse with very limited parking which does not cover the parking needs of all the guests.”

• Poor quality room (smoking, bed, pillows, etc).

“The room we got was smoking even though we requested non-smoking. The beds were hard and the overall room cleanliness was poor. It had a dirty feel to it (mascara on sheets, hair in bathroom, etc). The location is adjacent to the train tracks and noise was apparent. It was also a very industrial view.”

• Close to SF airport, clean bathrooms.
• Parking lot is hard to get out of.

“This hotel met my expectations of a two-star establishment. The room and bathroom was clean but by no means luxurious. There was ample space. Linens seemed fresh. The clock was awkward to program so bring your own alarm (it did work.). It's quite close to the SF airport and not hard to find (although I take Garmin to new places).”

“Do not go to this La Quinta Inn near San Francisco Airport. Poor service. The room were in was a separate building behind the main hotel. We had to cross two railroad tracks to get to our room. Our family did not feels safe.”

• It had a pool and hot tub as well as being close to SFO.
• It had poor shuttle service, poor counter service, and was adjacent to a working railroad track. We were treated like cattle.

“This particular LaQuinta Motel was a traveler's nightmare since it was located in an industrial area, adjacent to working railroad tracks, and had poor shuttle service from the San Francisco aiport. The staff was neither helpful, nor friendly. The other guests down the hall were arguing, smoking, and left both their room door and exit door open to the outside until late at night.”

• Parking was limited, and location was a little strange.

“Only stayed one night and flew out the next morning. Maybe it was the time of ear, but there were absolutely no marked parking spaces available. Luckily, we only stayed one night. Good value, though, especially if you're flying out of SFO airport.”
