• Very clean, excellent location, very attractive.
• No microwave In room.

“We were both very impressed. Were also disappointed that parking would still cost $40 even though we are paying guests. Also, no microwave in the room. But was very clean, excellent flat screen TV and rooms are quiet Would love to stay again.”

• Excellent location, near Wharf and public transportation. Cozy and warm decor.
• All the fire pits outside had smokers, so could not enjoy.

“We have stayed at many hotels for vacations, but this was the best. The room was tastefully decorated, was spotless and the service was incredible. I would definitely stay there again on our next trip to San Francisco in 6 mo.”

• Nothing.

“The Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf was a great place to stay for my recent vacation with my teenage son. We were close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the casual elegance of the hotel made the experience special. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable - I would definitely stay there again!”

• The staff was very generous.
• The room was too small and far too close to the street. I was able to hear a woman whisper in to her cell phone.

“Everything, but the room was great. Oddly decorated, but great. The room was a dramatic disappointment. It felt as though we were crammed into a corner and the street noise kept us up all night. Street noise isn't usually a problem, but when I was able to hear a woman whispering on her cell phone, I became very disagreeable. We stayed one night at this hotel and three nights at a neighboring hotel at the same star rating. The other hotel was orders of magnitude more comfortable and accommodating.”

• Front desk staff not friendly or helpful.

“Stayed 3 nights, woken 2 of the nights to an "accidental" fire alarm, no apologies were ever made.”

• The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the Fisherman's Wharf location was excellent.
• The parking is $43/night plus 14% tax! We did have in and out privileges, and the valets were terrific.

“If you want to stay in the Fisherman's Wharf district, this is the place. Just be prepared for interesting decor. I felt like I was back in the 60s or 70s. The bathroom space is tiny, but larger than some city hotels I've stayed in before. The room was comfortable. We almost asked to stay an extra night, but we chose to continue on with our journey. I would stay there again, except next time, I want to stay near Golden Gate Park.”

• Great location and the fireplace warmed outdoor lounge were great.
• basic services cost, internet, etc.

• There was no maid service unless called on the phone, and then very prompt.

• Great location, wonderful decor.
• Parking too expensive ($43 a night).

“We really like the new decor of the hotel and the design is very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable, although small. The fireplaces outside the lobby were very nice and a wonderful idea.”

• Poor service, unprepared rooms, noisy location.

“The proximity of the Sheraton to desired locations was nice. Unfortunately the proximity to noisy streets (and the bus depot) made sleeping past 6:30 am impossible. I would rather stay in a Motel 6 or a no brand roach motel that to stay at the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf ever again.”

• Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, and good location to fisherman's wharf.
• Very small bathroom, had trouble with door lock, business internet very expensive.

“Overall, the hotel is excellent. Easy walking distance to fisherman's wharf and buses, trains, cable cars. The room was a good size, but the shower/toilet area was very small. The door lock failed and the door had to be manually bypassed to gain entry.”

• The decor in the hotel was very good. The outdoor fire pits are quite cool, especially in the middle of the city.
• The price for parking ($43 USD per day).

“The hotel is a good choice if you are looking to stay in the very touristy fisherman's wharf area of San Francisco. The hotel was recently renovated and has a warm, inviting, modern style. The hotel staff is friendly and ready to assist with any needs.”

• I liked the valet service's responsiveness and hotel staff's friendliness.
• The bed- it was very soft and it hurt my back. The overnight parking, I thought, was expensive.
