• Clean & comfortable walking distance to attractions.
• Breakfast was very basic, walls paper thin.

“Good clean comfortable accommodation, great for travelers who want a comfy bed after a long day of sightseeing. Good for the price, rooms maintained every day, within walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf. Continental breakfast offered but very basic, help yourself in the foyer of reception. Supermarket close by so we bought our own breakfast. Would recommend it but don’t expect 5 star, basic and good price for travelers on a budget. Bus stop is right out front so easy to catch public transport into town.”

• Location (Marina/Cow Hollow in SF).
• The parking was costly, limited and hazardous. The bathroom light was like putting together puzzle pieces!

“If you are hard up for a hotel in the Marina area of the City, stay here. The walls are so paper thin that we felt like the people staying above were going to fall through and land on us. The parking cost $15 in a hard to get into, small spot; and harder to get out of. The hotel has you sign a waiver releasing them of any liability to any damages that may be caused to your car. Stay at this hotel at your own risk!”

• Location was convenient.
• Poor staff member knowledge, hotel quality & service.

“Need I say more? This hotel was conveniently located, but the staff changes left the guests upset and more confused. In all honestly, only stay here if you absolutely don't care about service and quality. I even received a call from the front desk asking me to pay $10 for a parking space that they couldn't find the office copy of my parking validation, which I had my portion already tagged in the car. This call also came in after 10 pm that night from the desk staff!”

• Nothing.
• We felt unsafe, the room was unclean and the remodeling was horrible.

“The door frame was splintered as if the room had been broken into in the past. The parking accommodations were terrible; the lot had construction materials all about. The room was dirty, the coffee maker did not work, the drapes were falling down and the bedding had cigarette burns in them. I would never stay here again.”

• Hotel had a coffee maker and cable TV.
• Not quite as clean as you would like it to be. Dirty Mattress and bath door.

“This hotel is awesome if youre looking to stay cheap in an expensive city. It is right next to a busy street, but with the door and windows closed you don't really notice. Great location for wharf and china town. Right across from Marriott.”

• Walking distance to the wharf.
• Room was small, not very clean, on busy street.

“The room was very small and not very clean. It was on a busy street and you could hear traffic all night long. Also, you could hear the people walking and talking on the floor above you. No amenities whatsoever. This was too much money for a king sized bed in a semi run down hotel. I would definitely not stay there again and would rather upgrade to the Marriott or holiday inn across the street!”
