• I felt instantly relaxed when I stepped into our room...Nice decor
• Parking was added on at 45 bucks a night.

“The Hyatt at Fisherman's Wharf was a perfect overnight getaway. Centrally located in San Francisco, transportation was easy to find. The staff was kind and the room was Beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Well appointed room recently updated. Nice bedding with extra pillows. 2 chairs in room plus nice desk chair. Concierge was most helpful.
• Would have liked more dining options.

“Exceeded my expectations! Room well appointed with down comforters and duvet coverlet lots of pillows and 2 comfortable side chairs. Flat screen TV. Convenient onsite restaurant. Close to trolley lines. Friendly knowledgeable staff.”

• Hotel very convenient to local attractions.
• Would prefer a king bed, but none available at check in.

• Very close to Fisherman's Wharf and it was easy getting a taxi for other things farther away.
• No complaints about this hotel.

“For the price this hotel can't be beat. Clean, modern and great location. Valet parking at a reasonable rate. Will stay here again.”

• Staff friendly and accommodating. Always eager to please.
• No bathtub in the room.

“Hotel is great location, friendly staff, excellent restaurant and prices. The Concierge and the check-in staff were extremely helpful. You get a bang for your buck at this hotel!”

• There is no parking in the area.

“Hotel was catering party past 11pm, when I called to request room change, I was denied request. Mandatory $45 + tax per night to park your car.”

“Nice rooms. Recently spiced up. View from most windows is rooftop of the hotel conference hall. My solution for the view is get out of the room and take in the nearby SF scenery on foot.”

• Horrible property.
• Too much to list.

“This hotel was horrible. The property was really old with extension cords running under the beds and lights did not work, TV remote did not work, internet did not work. It was beyond belief. Staff had no time for guests.”

“Nice hotel, expect to tip for the service you receive but the tips are graciously accepted and they do not hold hand out there wanting more. Everyone was very nice and on time when we relied on them.”

• Location to pier 39 is fabulous!
• Parking $45.00 plus $6.00 parking tax. Spendy!

“Very happy with stay. Staff great, small repair needed in room they fixed it in 15 minutes. Car was parked and safe. Cable cars just next door, you could walk to any pier location.”
