• The location was great and the pillow top on the bed made extra comfortable.

“The access in and out was nice, the location made it easy to walk anywhere around the Warf. I can not say enough about the pillow top on the bed, I will probably buy on for my own bed. I was recommended to stay at this hotel and I will recommend others.”

• The $40.00 charge per day for parking was ridiculous.

“Great location and design, very clean and attractive, good service. Parking charge was really unfair, could have used public parking for $26.00 per night instead of $40.00 per night at the hotel. I will probably not stay there again because of the parking charge.”

• The beds were incredibly comfortable which made our extended stay very enjoyable.
• Parking was terribly expensive and we were unable to access our vehicle once it was parked.

“Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our stay at this hotel. It was comfortable and convenient enough that it made our vacation much more enjoyable. The location was very appropriate for anyone accessing the Fisherman's Wharf area. The beds were fantastic. The staff was very friendly and very willing to assist with any of our needs. Parking was somewhat of a headache. The price of $49 per day was very steep (first hotel at which I was forced to pay a parking fee). It was also somewhat inconvenient to be unable to access our parked car. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning and were rather displeased with the value. The same $20 buffet at the hotel could be purchased for $5-$10 down the street.”

• The staff, the bed, the pillows, the cleanliness.
• Breakfast buffet was a little pricey.

“The was an awesome hotel! Great location for the Wharf. I would gladly stay at this establishment again and I hopefully will. The staff was always polite, friendly, and eager to assist in any needs.”

• Window opened a bit for fresh air.

“This is a clean hotel with good-sized rooms. The location is very touristy, but it's one block off the real hustle bustle so you can escape when you choose to.”

• The beds were horrible.

“Staff were great - way above average. Room was small, bathroom miniscule - beds were unsleepable. I put my bedding on the floor in order to get any sleep at all.”

“Nice hotel with slight sea stench in carpet areas would not pay more than $100 although it is SF room is slightly above average service is great again, hotel needs to reconsider parking condition.”

• The consider service.
• No Smoking rooms available. Had to leave to have a cigarette.

“Over all I loved the hotel and staff. I am however, unlikely to return because of the no smoking policy. I was on the fifth floor of the hotel and had to leave for a cigarette. My wife and I found this to be a huge inconvenience, especially since it was raining all weekend.”

• When I learned it was going to be a Marriott I knew not to worry.
• Not a dislike but an uncertainty.

“The service is friendly and the hotel had a charm all its own. Most attractive is that it's just a stroll from Fisherman's Wharf.”

• I especially liked the bed--it was luxurious! I was also glad they had a frig in the room.

“I was given a room just at the road junction and 3 floors up; therefore the road noise was a little loud. Otherwise the stay was good.”
