• The hotel was clean, and the staff is friendly. Overall good.
• It's a little far from the Portland area, driving around 15 minutes.

“This hotel is good. The room is very comfortable, and clean. The staff is friendly and they help you get to the tourist destinations. The only bad part is that I had to drive around 15 to 20 minutes to get to the Portland area, specially at night because there is not that many options to dinner around the hotel. Another thing is that the rooms don't have enough power outlets, as to plug the laptop or other devices. The only 2 available were near the bathroom. Other than that, the hotel is good!”

• Well priced.
• Gave me a single, smoking room, then charged to move rooms.

“Not bad at all for the price. Convenient location. The manager was nice but not to friendly when we asked to have a 2 bed non smoking room rather than the one bed smoking room.”

• Reasonable price, very clean, friendly staff, great continental breakfast waffles.
• Facilities are older, plain, and some need minor tweaking (paint, etc).

“The facilities were a bit disappointing, every thing else was excellent. Location, cleanliness, staff support, continental breakfast waffles, etc.”

• It was clean and smelled nice.
• The curtains didn't close all the way on the window. We had to pin them.

“Every thing was good, just a little trouble getting the curtains to stay closed on the window, we had to pin them so we could get undressed and dressed. Beds were clean and so were the pillows and sheets! No sign of any creepy crawlers.”

• It was clean and smelled good.
• The continental breakfast was not as expected.

“Over all it was a good stay, the continental breakfast was cheap, but for a 1 star hotel I guess the breakfast was ok.”

• Restaurant, Hi-speed internet, cleanliness, great staff.
• Not much.

“I though that this place was the best kept secret on the west coast. The staff was wonderful. They helped us with so many things that were unexpected of them. The price was also fantastic. They also have this great little restaurant in the hotel that serves the best pizza that I ever tried. My brother comes down to this area about six times a year. I will definitely let him on the best kept secret in the city.”

• Can't, other than location for my needs.
• Dirty, lousy maid service, overall not good.

“The hotel appears to be in bad shape with need have allotted of minor repairs. Not a place I would stay unless it was absolutely necessary.”

• Large TV with full cable.
• Dirty, rundown & smelly.

“This hotel is very rundown and the room I was given had a dirty carpet and smelled like a pet-occupied the room the night before. Everything was broken: the shower stall, the bathroom fan, even the coffee pot was cracked. There was trash on the grass outside the window and the room was too small to be comfortable.”

• The room was pretty nice. I liked the fridge and microwave.
• No bathroom amenities. Lousy check-out procedures. Rude staff (Sunday morn).

“Although the room was nice, well taken care-of, and clean, I did not find much else that met my approval. From the dog droppings on the grass that remained there my entire visit, to the lousy continental breakfast, to the rude way I was treated at checkout, I can't say I would recommend this hotel to others.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• It was a complete dump.

“This place is disgusting. There are holes in the ceiling in the hallways with insulation hanging out. The bathroom had rotten spots coming through from some past water damage. The floors were absolutely filthy. The windows have no locks and no screens. This place needs to be torn down.”

• Great location just off the Interstate.
• A little "dingy" on the outside. Parking was a bit cramped.

• Good room for price.
• Poor plumbing and bad parking.

“This hotel was a good deal. The rooms were clean, and the service was very good. The hotel bathrooms needed work. The tub faucet had a constant drip that was very annoying. The local cable and internet were very good. The room was very nice over the two days we were there. The outside of the hotel was in poor condition, but the rooms were nicely done.”

• Rooms were clean & staff friendly. The amount of time we were in our room was limited but, my husband and I were satisfied with our stay.
• Parking was limited and not consider.

“The hotel we stayed at was economical, comfortable, and private. Staff was pleasant and helpful and all combined would offset any amenities not faring as well (parking, vending locations). It is likely that we will stay there again in the future as well as recommend the hotel to others.”

• The price was right for the hotel.
• The carpets could be cleaner, They have door locks but all hallway windows were left open.

“The older lady at the front counter was great. I believe that for the price the carpet in the rooms could have been cleaner, but overall was a good value. I still don't understand the reason for card locks on the entrances to the main corridors, when every window in the corridors were left open all night as far as I could tell.”
