• Proximity to the airport.
• Somebody's meal takeout bag was left on the balcony.

“Friendly staff and only 2 minutes from the airport. Occasional airplane noise could be a bit irritating, otherwise perfect for the money.”

• Room was well appointed with a good layout.
• Shampoo was missing, but was quickly replaced by the front desk.

• Clean, newer updated, accommodating.
• For children (or wheel chair user), height of the sink, then backsplash, frame to mirror too high!

“This was chosen for me at the last minute for my son and I as we had to extend our stay in the bay area a 2nd night. The room was large, clean and updated and the staff at the front desk was available and courteous. A two minute drive away is the Tanforan Mall with restaurants and shopping which was convenient.”

• It didn't have the typical sterile hotel feeling.
• Prices of sodas and other goods. $1.50 for a can of soda is ridiculous.

“Very close to SFO. If you don't need a car, don't rent one, because the shuttle will take you to the Bart station at SFO. My room was nice. Bed was comfy. Shower had plenty of pressure. If you want snacks/sodas, go to target on El Camino real and stock up though.”

• Close to public transportation, this was a key reason for my trip.
• Fitness room was too small, not well ventilated to sustain multiple exercisers.

“Overall experience is the hotel met my expectations. The staff was friendly and the pool was nice. The gym was too small so I wasn't able to exercise at the hotel. I enjoyed my stay there and would room there in the future”

• Location.
• It was a step down after staying at the Residence Inn. And it was right in the take off path of the SFO airport.

“Just a note about the check off system. I really don't like the fact that if you make a mistake when registering, you absolutely can't change it no matter what. I had been staying at the Residence Inn in the same location. Love the room, the hotel and the price. I erroneously check the wrong location and ended up in the takeoff pattern of SO airport. I was unable to correct my error. Not something I was happy with last week.”

• I liked the availability of the chicken Cesar salad after my late arrival.
• The salad could have been fresher.

“The room and the bed were very comfortable. I would definitely plan on using this hotel again should the occasion require it.”

• Convince to freeway was easy, nice large rooms, staff was pleasant and helpful. Thanks for making my stay comfortable.

• I was surprised at how well I was treated.
• There are many Marriott Inns. They should be more specific to their vehicle.

“This was a nice friendly hotel that helped me to get their easily to and from the airport. The staff was very accommodating from what I saw from my own experience and how they worked at the front desk while waiting for my shuttle. They helped out suggesting the best time to take the shuttle to the airport and helping find a good restaurant to eat at.”

“We arrived late and were given a handicap accessible room without being consulted about it. This may have denied a late night traveler with disabilities a room designed for accessibility. The cook and staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating!”

• Great breakfast buffet!
• Hard to find. Hotel claims to be near the airport but isn't.

“This is a great place to stay if you're flying into SFO late, or leaving early. Shuttle will take you right to the terminal. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is friendly and attentive. Don't miss the awesome breakfast buffet, home fries to die for!”

• Free Internet and parking.
• Wish a small fridge had been in the room.

“Room was nice, recently renovated. Met my request for non-smoking and king bed. Internet and parking were both free and plenty of parking. Hotel was located close to restaurants and grocery shopping. Also located close to I-380, which gave you two choices for how to get to San Francisco.”
