“Our reservations were for three nights. Although the rooms were relatively clean, the furnishings were poor and outdated by a couple of decades. The rooms were cramped and poorly decorated. The bathroom was a shambles with paint peeling from the ceilings, an extremely noisy exhaust fan, and the cleaning staff only left one washcloth each day. The daytime front desk staff were totally incompetent. The reservation was for two couples. When we asked to pay for the rooms separately it took them over a half hour to sort out the reservation and make the changes with the billing. When we checked out they billed both rooms to one credit card despite our attempts to ensure that the rooms were charged separately, one for each couple with an associated credit card for each room. They didn't inform us of ongoing renovations that would cause us to lose water during the day. The phone in our room was unplugged when we arrived and then unplugged again the next day after the cleaning staff had come and gone.”

• It was close to Market Street.
• Smell, Noise, Hot,Front dest people.

“This hotel was the worse place I have ever stayed at... Problem started with the front desk.... Poor training, Poor everything. I would let my dog stay here.”
