• Free parking.
• Rooms are slightly dated.

“Very convenient for leaving your car and taking the bus or trolley car. Rooms are clean. Continental breakfast in the morning.”

• Close to cable cars and tourist attractions.

“Clean, roomy, kitchenette was nice. Room design was nice with a closet, couch, table and chairs, two beds and nice bathroom. Kitchen had fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker.”

• It was clean, staff was friendly, great that parking was provided.
• Furnishings were a bit dated. Some parking lot noise in the evening.

“Nice and clean motel in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Very convenient location and it was nice to have parking for a car although spaces are tight.”

• Location.
• It was not the motel rooms I reserved and parking insufficient.

“Just a motel. Nothing fancy. Rooms were ok but disappointing. No continental breakfast at the substituted motel.”

“It was great parking was a little small but works if you have a small car. DVD player was a plus it would have been better if I knew before hand. Friendly.”

• Spotless, well kept, very conveniently located, good value for the money, free parking!
• Seriously needs updating.

“Although it has been there for years, the place was spotless & very well maintained, with a refrigerator & microwave, coffee pot & continental breakfast. We selected it for its location, price, and free parking. The managers have been there for 19 years and were lovely, generous people who not only told us what to be sure to see, but especially where not to go (dangerous parts of town). It is in serious need of updating since the pink and blue tiles go back to the '70s, but if you can overlook that, it's a lovely place to stay!”

• The manager bent over backwards to accommodate our convention schedule.
• It says "Nob hill", but it's more like Russian hill. A bit farther away, and a little less nice than described.

“This is a motor lodge. So, as long as your expectations are in line, you'll be fine: a little noisy at times, not super nice, adequate accommodations, etc. The management was really helpful and internet was free. Just about ever cab didn't know where this was, however, so expect to pay various rates since they all get to it a different way each time. For those who like to walk, there's a nice am stroll for you if you take Polk or van ness down to the aquatic park, Ghirardelli square, and the wharf.”

• It was extremely clean, and very comfortable.
• Parking.

“We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didn't like was the parking. We have a SUV, and had a very tough time fitting in the garage.”

• Clean, near restaurants, bright, clean, free parking.
• No pay-per-view.

“This motel was near a lot of restaurants and shops to browse. It was also close to the university hospital where we were going. There was public transportation close by once you parked your car. The motel was very quiet for such a busy location, and you could not beat the price! The rooms were larger than some major hotel chains we have stayed in.”

• The room was very clean big bathroom, good bed, parking free, room was new, very good bus service to the financial district.
• They had just cleaned the rugs and they were still slightly wet when I entered the room.

“The room was very good and large, the bus service was direct to downtown. I think it was a very good decision to stay here and will again.”

• Wireless internet, fridge microwave and cable in a GREAT location.
• The room was TINY, but it had it all.

“The staff was friendly, the room was clean and well equipped. The wireless internet was easy to use and fast! Space was at a premium so the parking spots were tight and the room I was in was cramped. Nice quite neighborhood and easy access to Marin and down town. I recommend it.”

• Friendly staff, and free parking at the hotel.
• Room small but still okay.

“This hotel is not fancy but is in a good location, close to attractions and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The fact that parking is included in the cost of the hotel is a huge plus and the convenience of parking is great. I would recommend this hotel for people who are looking for a clean and convenient location to attractions.”
