• Staff was friendly and helpful-brought us a fan.
• Bed bugs in bed.

“There were two species of bugs in the bed with me when I woke up in the morning. I saw one bed bug and the others might have been spider mites (tiny red bugs). The bugs were only in one of the beds, which we know of. I didn't have any bite marks on me, but there was a little blood by my ankles.”

“I have never stayed here, but I live across the street. I live in an upscale, safe neighborhood but this place makes me feel unsafe. In addition, it seems as if they allow large groups of young people who stay and drink and party every weekend. It wakes me up and I'm not even staying there! My parents did stay here, once. And will never stay there again. There was hair in the bed and the room was small and less than clean. They now stay at the Pacific Heights Motor Inn a block away. The rooms are small but clean and charming. The price is comparable and location just as convenient.”

“Bed guys need I say more? Ok then I will. No air conditioning, no screens on windows (which do not lock), smoking in non smoking rooms, no hot water, run and run fast from this hotel. They were rude and obnoxious when I checked out two hours after checking in.”

• I liked the free parking.
• The maids are rude.

“I awoke at 7 a.m. On a Saturday to two of the loudest maids ever. After the second time I asked them to keep it down (in Spanish, mind you), it appeared that they became even louder on purpose. The lobby staff did nothing to elevate the situation. When I was leaving the hotel, I saw the same two maids making a racket in another corridor, no doubt waking those guests as well. I will never return. Oh, there was a used. Next to my vehicle in the parking lot. Ought.”
