• Bed.
• The bathroom shower and there was no pay per view movies.

“The area the hotel is nice for strolling, the bed was comfortable and although I had a room facing the street the mini bus was not too loud. The staff was friendly, I would have liked to have pay per view movies available.”

• The location & neighborhood was excellent. It was modernly decorated and a nice atmosphere.
• It was a small place. Everything was small. The building was old and it showed.

“I would recommend this hotel to friends. The location was great and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were neat and modern. But it was a small place and there was some old age showing. The price was good. I may stay there again someday.”

• Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to many sights, shopping & restaurants.

“Very comfortable, nice amenities; great location to explore the Presidio National Park, Crissy Field, Ft Point, the Marina district. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Very dated and not clean.

“The hotel is in desperate need of updating and cleaning along with heat. Very depressing.”

• Our room was very large. We really liked the spaciousness.
• The lobby seemed small to me.

“We only needed a place to sleep after a night of parties on Christmas Eve. The Laurel Inn was perfect for it and in a very good location. Close to bus lines, so we didn't have to scrounge for a cab. I heard live music at the bar, but we didn't go in. We really appreciated the late check-out at Noon!”
