• Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff. Clean.
• My room did not have a bathtub.

“This hotel was beautiful and clean. Loved the room, it was nicely decorated and comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice and I had a wonderful stay. The only problem that I had was I did not have a bathtub in my room. Shower Only. There was a continental breakfast served in the restaurant that was very nice. We had a very nice weekend.”

• Lovely room, gardens and staff.
• Mattress was old - could feel and hear the springs.

“Luxury among gorgeous gardens and garden art. Beautiful rooms, linens and bathrooms. Nice pool area with whirlpool and pool service. Spa was a bit pricey for 50 minutes treatments and overall just okay. Front desk staff is impeccable and love AJ, the hotel cat.”

  peaceful grounds.

“Great location in Sonoma, walking distance to central plaza. Rooms are bungalow style with lots of well maintained, elaborate landscaping and artifacts along the pathways that connect the various buildings. Free DVD movies is a nice touch. Good free breakfast in the morning with pleasant service staff. Pool area is lush and relaxing and casual, with sun all day. The pool temperature was high, but it was also over 100 degrees the days we were there.”

• Relaxing environment, Great for my mini retreat with best gal pal.

“This hotel was great. My friend and I have had a very stressful year and I just wanted to go somewhere nice and relaxing for a night. We had a spa treatment at the spa (which was great) and sat by the pool. The wine and cheese reception was great as well. We sipped on wine while playing board games. This was a great weekend retreat and rejuvenating getaway.”

• Service and garden and the fact I was greeted with bottled water.
• Beds were bad, 3 uncomfortable nights.

“Overall great, beautiful gardens, staff was very friendly. Eating at Saddles was amazing, great steaks! Room was nice, but beds were very uncomfortable.”
