Staff was exceptionally helpful and informative regarding wineries and happenings in town.
Pool was not heated.

“We needed to change our accommodations from a king size bed to 2 queens upon check in. This was handled in a very professional manner and we actually received an upgraded room that had a fireplace and balcony overlooking the courtyard, with no increase in price. When we were ready to leave and my car battery was dead, the maintenance staff gave my battery a jump start, which saved me money. I would stay at this motel again and can't wait until I can return! Lovely people, lovely place!”

Location.
Bad service.

“During our two day stay, our room was never cleaned. We ordered the free breakfast the second day whichever came. For the price of this hotel, it was definitely a "rip off." I wrote a letter complaining of the awful service.”
