• Nice room with new flatscreen
  TV, tile bathroom, and nice bed.
• Jacuzzi wasn't super clean.

“Nice updated room, comfy bed with new flatscreen
TV . Staff was decent, but not overly friendly. The jacuzzi could have been cleaner, but the Sauna was pretty nice. Standard continental breakfast.”

• I'm disabled, but was upstairs not by an elevator.

“Fan in bathroom did not work. Priced high in comparison to similar hotels in the same town. Room was roomy. Gave extra pillows. Seemed to be starting to be environmentally conscience, which I like. Wireless connection was not a secure one, which bothers me because
I was doing work on my computer. Did bother me that I am disabled and they still put me on the upper floor and the farthest possible room from the elevator that there is.”

• This hotel was very clean and quiet.
• The shower curtain needed to be replaced.

“This hotel was very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It was very quiet during my stay, so when I was there it was easy to sleep.”

• It was very clean and comfortable.
• I could hear the toilets being flushed in adjacent rooms and water showers.

“For business travel, this was an excellent choice because it was convenient to my destinations. The staff was polite and helpful.”

• Quiet, clean and restful, polite staff.

“I came to Bellingham for a conference at a nearby facility, therefore this was an ideal choice and location for me and the other conference attendee. The only thing I would have changed is that the bedside light bulbs were too bright. Softer light would have been more restful. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.”

• Very clean and new looking.
• The ID hoops at the front desk.

“I liked the hotel room. I did not like the girl at the front desk whose English I could hardly understand and having to show my driver's license ID and another credit card even though the room was already paid. Other businesses don't do that. I most likely won't go back!”

• Safe, comfortable sleep.
• There was no fan in the bathroom.

“I found the hotel online for a reasonable price and checking in and out was simple enough. The only thing I can say about this hotel is there could be a better ventilation system.”
