- It was quiet and overlooked Richardsons bay.
- Peculiar odor in room and freeway noise was very loud.
“It was very clean and the rooms were very elegant and comfortable. We did not like the freeway noise or the peculiar odor of the room. We felt that it was too expensive.”

- It was right on the water and there was access to a wonderful running trail.
- A/C system in one room didn't work and service was slow to respond to requests.
“The hotel is very pleasant and the staff were pleasant, but they were slow reacting to issues we had. They did eventually resolve most everything but only after follow up requests. It is remote from other activities which some people would like. To do anything we had to get in the car and go somewhere. I did enjoy the continental breakfast and the close access to the running trail. The hotel does face a highway and the traffic noise can be heard in the rooms we were in.”
