• Convenient to where I was visiting.
• Very close to the highway, the area is lovely and no hotels take advantage.

“Convenient; generic hotel. Clean and easy. Nothing special. Nothing bad. Very close to a shopping mall (next door) so easy to grab something for a late arrival dinner. No coffee in the room, but there was morning coffee free downstairs.”

• Friendly staff.
• Construction noise on at least two sides of the property.

“This trip, we needed to cover both Napa and Petaluma so it was an ok location. The tourists cannot be beaten for its freeway adjacent location, which is both a positive and a negative (noise.) The Jacuzzi/pool were nice and had long hours (6 am-11 pm). But the Jacuzzi was scalding and I found the tiles to be extremely slippery. The only breakfast choices are a $10 buffet or McD's next door. I seem to remember our previous stay including a 2 room suite and breakfast. Would I stay there again? Probably yes.”

• Excellent staff.
• No comp breakfast or brunch and open too late.

“I would defiantly stay at the Marriott's again. Easy freeway access and very nice rooms. The staff is top notch and friendly. On the other hand, the food kind of just doesn't make it for a purchase breakfast. I've had better at a 2 star with complimentary breakfast in the past.”

• Very clean and roomy.
• The kids running above you could hear.

“I was alone with my children, I was worried about safety. After being there the first night it was great. I felt very safe, maybe because it was in a good area. The overall hotel was very clean. I loved the sitting area in the lobby.”

• Excellent freeway access, close to shopping, staff was pleasant.
• Breakfast was overpriced. Ice machines were not working on 2 floors.

• The genuine nature of the staff's friendliness was refreshing and unanticipated. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious.

“The staff treated myself and my fiance as if we paid $750 per night when in actuality I paid $130. They accomodated our most minute of comforts as if it were a privelege to do so. I highly reccomend The Novato Courtyard Marriott to anyone.”

“Marriott Courtyard Novato CA, very high quality, in north Marin, just off 101. New, convenient to all parts of Marin. Free DSL line in room, inexpensive breakfast, pool, washer & dryer, complimentary cookies.”
