• Good location to airport, 24 hr airport shuttle, excellent breakfast choices, friendly staff.
• Price was too high.

• Close to the airport.
• Did not provide wake up call as requested. Lucky for me I woke up anyway or I would have missed my flight.

“Adequate for a night prior to airline departure, but bring your own alarm clock as you can not rely upon their wake up call system.”

• Easy access to freeways and downtown.
• Thought it was a tad bit overpriced for what you got.

• The extras.
• There was a night desk woman who was rude to my children.

“Aside from one rude clerk (she had long dark hair working on the night of 1/12/08) the hotel experience was outstanding. The pool is open 24 hrs and so is the gym! My favorite aspect of it was all the extras they offer for a buck if you need anything from aspirine (even extra strength) to Cup-o-Noodles, Snapple, to candy bars. It's just nice to have those things and so hard to find a place like this. Also, the price was excellent. For any conference I'll need to attend in Portland, since I am relatively close otherwise, I look forward to coming back. Oh, how could I forget, get this: Hot, fresh waffles and an array of other luscious goodies offered free for breakfast with excellent service. What a find!”

• Location and shuttle to the airport.
• The room had an odor. I think it may have been due to heavy storm from the previous week. It was a damp wet smell.

“I've stayed here before when flying out of Portland and I will stay here again.”

• Traveled as a group to go canoeing. While on the river they stored our gear in a back room- free.
• Small but adequate-- people there looking to do remodeling in the near future so it should get even better!

“Direct call from airport for pickup-- 5-10 minute wait. Friendly staff and accomodating. Slow elevator (only 1) Small conference room w/ limited technology. Only computer is in the breakfast room. Small hotel, but clean and typical of La Quinta standards. Men roaming around to talk of updating facility but it is in no way worn down or old looking. Pool, hot tub, workout room, laundry, airport services,covered parking, conference room. Our group has returned annually for 5 years now.”
