• The free breakfast met most of my needs.
• The unfriendly staff, no one greeted us.

“An available bed near freeway and downtown amenities. Same picture in two locations on wall, lousy TV selection, OK but nothing special.”

• A guest lurking about outside.

• They were pet friendly.
• The hotel was very out of date and dirty.

“This hotel is right off the 101 freeway about 50 miles north of San Francisco. The conveyance of location was good and they were cool about my dog but thats about all the benefits this hotel has to offer. The rooms were dirty, the morning staff was rude and the hotel over all was out of date.”

• It had four walls and a bed.
• It smelled funny.

• Balcony off the room.
• Did not feel clean enough, carpet looked dingy.

“I don't like staying in "Old remodeled" rooms. There is a smell that is like behind the walls or under the carpet that is unpleasant and uninviting. I think all 3 star or lower rooms are too expensive now days anyway. How can a room like this be $20 cheaper than a 4 star or up room! That is absurd.”
