• Clean, comfortable, great location & pool.
• Not many channels on the TV but not really a big deal for me.

“Great room, overlooking the lovely pool area, with a king size bed. It was also a bed made for a king because it was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I always travel with my special pillow but I found theirs better than mine! The room was tastefully decorated and I had a large flat screen TV and a nice refrigerator. I was on the second floor and it was so quiet that I slept like a baby. The food in the restaurant was quite good and the banquet served at the reunion event was excellent. The dessert selection was to die for! It's a great location and lots of shopping nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. All in all, I found it to be a pleasant experience.”

• The hotel was centrally located and near the shopping mall.

“After we had checked in to our room, we advised the front desk staff that the hot water tap was continually dripping and that we would like to be moved to a room with a fridge. No one followed up on our request and the tap situation was not dealt with. The room we stayed in was moderate, at best.”

• I like that this hotel had a free continental breakfast, which the fancier hotels did not have.
• My partner complained about the lack of an elevator at this 2-story hotel.

“Overall, the hotel was quite nice. The room was fairly spacious and the beds were adequately comfortable. The room was pleasantly decorated and relatively quiet. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There was a long truck hogging a bunch of the closest parking spaces, but there were plenty of other spaces.”

• It was close to where I needed to be.
• The bed was not very comfortable.

“Everything was as to be expected. Not much choice for channels on the TV and the comforter on the bed kept sliding off during the night. Nice sized room with fridge and desk.”

• The rooms were spacious.
• No free newspaper and not enough movie channels.

“Were able to brew coffee in the morning. Location was good for us. Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly.”

• Hotel was clean. Room service available is a plus. Comfortable bed and pillows.
• Furniture small and old. TV not easily viewed from bed or chair.

“Room was clean and hotel is conveniently located. Staff friendly. First impression of the room was not good. Furniture is old and small, uncomfortable. TV at bed level could not be seen at all from the table/chair set in the corner of the room nor easily viewed from bed as it was too low. Though the bed was comfortable.”

• Would like to have fridge and microwave in room.

“We enjoyed the stay. The kids were disappointed the pool was closed; however, I was glad it was closed. It would be nice if a fridge & microwave were included in the rooms - make feeding a family a little easier and less expensive.”

• They were remodeling

“The staff and Hotel personel were friendly and I enjoyed my stay. I would rather not stay in a hotel that is being remodeled.”

• Location was good and the room was basic but clean
• The restaurant was a good restaurant but several other options very close by

“For a no frills hotel. It was good. Everything I expected from the description. Close to freeway and shopping centers.”
